Blatantly obvious facts about McCarthy

1) Unable to motivate the team
2) Unable to discipline the team
3) Unable to manage the clock in critical situations (see SF playoff game and others)
4) Unable to challenge in critical (turnovers, poor spotting) situations
5) Dumber than a door nail. Has anyone ever heard this guy speak? OMG.

Fire McCarthy after the loss to Tampa in the first round. Bank on it.

I think the clock management issues are the most surprising thing about him. I expected much better when its coming from a Super Bowl winning head coach like him. And that was when all he had to do was stand there- now he's calling the offensive plays - can't expect that to get better with more on his plate to do.

The only reason he won one SB: Rodgers. Period. And why not mulitple? Because he is a moron. Look at Bellichick and Brady. Fat boy squandered his legacy. And Rodgers has said McCarthy is one of the dumbest people he has ever met.
 
So just a take from comments on this board over the years..: "Jerry only cares about making the playoffs"..again not saying its right or wrong just seems to be a common thought on this board

"If they lose before the NFCCG, fire the coach"...well this coach is the first in a LLLLOOOONNNGGG time to get this team to the playoffs 3 consecutive years...now, saying all that do you really think MM will be fired this year? not saying its right or wrong just presenting some facts...

Do you guys know Bill Walsh wouldn’t win with Jerry and Stevie running things? You know this right?

Do you also remember the 8-8 Garrett years? That lost decade?

And getting to the first round and out is the best way not to build a team. I would rather have 15 losses in consecutive years to get a QB, Linebacker, I tech, and running back. This is exactly the recipe for failure due to the draft. And we have busts like Mazi Smith, superfluous pics like the tight end with no name, we are doomed.

As Whyjerry said. McCarthy isn't getting any help from the Jones. But I think Dak and the players aren't at times getting any help from the coaches. I like McCarthy but he is so boneheaed at times-especially when it comes to play calling and game management. Big Mike be killing it early. Then he shuts himself and forgets what was killing teams earlier. Just don't get it...

again just pointing out JJ is not going to fire MM, if you follow the MO you would see this..I'm trying to think of a HC who got fired after making the playoffs 3 consecutive years with 12-5 records...

Reading is my thing and your post appears to support McCarthy for his perennial playoff with nothing beyond record.
