Dan Quinn threw a pick 6? And another 1 that was called back? That Dan Quinn sure sucks as a QB

It's pretty obvious Rex only evaluated DQ and totally ignored everything else that was going on.
Yo Devil Dog, can you show me where you said that DQ and our defense was terrible? If you can't, you're being just like Rex here. One sided.

The truth is the WHOLE team laid an egg. The Packers kicked us in the teeth on that first drive and it looked like our team got scared. That set the tone for the rest of the game. You can't excuse that pick-6 and you can't excuse giving up 9.5 yards a play on 1st down.

Damien Woody clip on GET UP. The offensive lineman point of view. More from Dan, Rex and Domonique on what Cowboys should do next.

Damien Woody
  • Biggest reason for loss was Matt LaFleur's brilliance
    • GB is youngest team in NFL, and their Coach had them ready to go against the most dominant home team in NFL
    • Dallas is front-running team, jump out on your early, and LaFleur coached circles around it, that isn't easy what he did
  • I would get rid of the Coach. Who cares about 12-5?
    • Everything about Cowboys is postseason. We talk about it year after year!
    • GB, SF, DET not going anywhere. They will only get better. You are in trouble!
    • Jerry Jones said it himself: He doesn't have much time left. It would be stupid to run it back and get rid of everything.
Dan Orlovsky
  • This is not a game you can bring everything back. I would restart everything
    • Most dominant and embarrassing loss I've seen on Cowboys in a long time
    • Highest expectations Cowboys have had in 30 years. QB in MVP conversation. WR in OPOY, 3 linemen Allpro, one of best young TEs. #11 DPOY conversation. 2nd most Pro Bowlers in NFL. Putting up incredible offensive stats.
      • AND THEY GOT DUMP TRUCKED!!
    • They are 0-5 against GB and SF.
    • No way people in that building can think they go in a big game now and win.
  • Bill Belichick: I think him and Jerry could get along. They would have to agree on talent acquisition. Big question is will next coach be good with paying Dak Prescott $60 million a year?
Rex Ryan
  • I would not make a coaching change. Can't ignore this man has won 12 games 3 years in a row.
  • Mike put himself out there, I'm going be play caller, and offense greatly improved.
    • You don't get to championship level by getting destroyed line of scrimmage, especially defensively
    • Bring in a LB, bigger bodies up front, but can't take these arse whippings
    • DQ is an outstanding coach, but he can only do it from a lead
      • We saw it in Atlanta and what happened, major collapse
  • Bill Belichick: If Bill doesn't have a QB, he doesn't win. So I'm paying Dak Presccott or Bill doesn't win.
Domonique Foxworth
  • Don't blow up everything! You have a lot of good pieces.
  • Dak is good, but he needs help. That's most QBs in this league.
    • He will never be Patrick Mahomes. Get rid of him if that is what you want. But he's good enough to win with right things around him.
    • If you can get same production from Dak, but cheaper than do it, but most teams spend years trying to find it

What a bunch of emotional idiots!!! Dan Orlovsky, the Fat Boy ex-Olineman and the host are a bunch of idiots! They sound like 80% of the emotional posters in here! lol. Wow.

Rex Ryan and the young black guy are absolutely correct. No way you get rid of Dak. I also agree with Rex: Belichick proved he sucks without Tom Brady! Jerry had best cool off and wisen up. You definitely keep Dak and McCarthy. Dak needs to give the team a good discount! Get rid of Dan Quinn and his Rod Marinelli type of a joke Defense! Bring in a D-Coordinator who knows how to mold a bigger, tougher and smarter Defense which knows how to stop the run.

DQ was AWFUL. Dak def played his part in this embarrassing loss. MM was terrible. Everyone has blame. Best move: fire staff and force Dak to accept a trade or cut.
It's really a no-brainer solution but unfortunately we have a no brain running the team. Dak is not capable of getting better he has now spent his Peak Physical years being a guy who can beat bad teams but now has the worst playoff record in history. It's a perfect time to cut bait this guy

The performance of the offense affects the defense! Games unfold like a story, and this story was shaped by the horrible play of the QB. Without the turnovers, it's a very different game.

Green Bay had a QB, Dallas did not.

What do the SF, AZ, Buffalo and GB games have in common? Dak SUCKED but let’s blame “the team”.

What about the wins? “Dak is the MVP!!!”

Heard on the radio that Love's QBR for the game was the highest EVER for a QB in the playoffs since they started tracking it back in 2004 (I think they said 2004).
was it higher than Dak's rating when he "personally" retired 63 year old Tom Brady?

Because if it was, that's saying something.

The only cult here is you and the likes of you.

There is no need to analyze anything. YOU actually believe this offense played well yesterday lol.

You don't care how bad Dak played. That's irrelevant. Again, it wouldn't of mattered if this defense played average or even above average.

It all starts and ends with the 40 million dollar a year man that you people have fluffed up particularly hard the last month.

Ya know......all I've heard from you all is how we can win with a guy like Dak. Show me why you think that. Tell me what evidence there is that proves he can win in the playoffs and make this team contend for a deep playoff run. I'll save you some time you little weasel. There is none.

So after the last month of the likes of you beating your chest, just sit down.
LOL.

I actually have been pretty laid back this year when it comes to Dak. I should have been rubbing it all of the usual's faces with his MVP/All Pro caliber season. I refrained.

I knew the ilk was hurting and lying wait for something like this.

I didn't say the offense played well. I said at least they showed something. Obviously not good enough but it wouldn't have mattered with how bad the D was.

no, the defense needs to score more, everybody knows dak is crap, and if the team isn't carrying him we win nothing. I'd pay the gimp because he's just so good. Here we go, more years with the same crap. Why can't we get garrett back too, it would be the same.
If the D can’t give Dak short fields, he loses.
If we are down by 10, we lose.
But let’s pay him $60mm and not have any money left over for top defensive talent, right?

LOL LOL LOL

“young black guy” is a retired NFL player named Dominique Foxworth. Former player’s rep for all the players for the NFLPA. He’s way more famous and accomplished than Orlovsky…geez…

That said…your take is predictable. Anything to protect you ego investment in Dak.

I do appreciate you saying that Dak should take a discount…know that one hurt.

The weasel thing was nothing personal. Just message board tough talk. My apologies.

You are entitled to your opinion and I am mine.

One thing we can agree on I think. Yesterday sucked.

I'm sorry, but there's no way you keep McCarthy. He can build flashy teams, but there's no toughness there. Every physical team like a San Fran, a Denver or a Cardinals, you can almost assuredly pencil it in as a loss. If you want to watch some high flying ball against creampuffs, sure, bring this coaching staff back. 12 and 5 is nice in regular season, but if you're getting knocked out and straight up dominated by 7th seeds, there's a serious issue there. This is the playoffs. I can understand losing a close one, but the team flat out look unprepared and scared. That's on coaching.

Yup...absolutely gut-wrenching. As i get older...(almost 50), these types of loses hurt me differently. I begin to wonder if I will ever see another super bowl championship.

We feel further away than we have since 2020, worst part of this.
