That’s good to hear. First thing first - it means nobody was abused.

Hopefully Prescott does something to clear his name.
the media can surely help and they kinda owe him after the implied guilt they projected to the viewers/listeners. The radio station that shall go unnamed, should do the same.

Reality is, Daks team will likely drop their suit. But I would love it if he sent a message to others by keeping his foot on her neck. Someone must hold false lawsuits to account. I still believe Irvin was set up. Daks however, was smarter about it and stood tall. Irvin I think should have stayed the course. His name was sullied. Nobody can tell that he even did anything unlawful. I see why these stars feel like fame has trapped them and they become mentally ill, and shut ins. Not trying to be weird, but it paints a picture of a bad trend, which explains why all the suicides and overdoses. I guess you need a good inner circle of family and friends to insulate you from sinking low. Good for Dak, he has a wife that loves him, or soon to be wife...and a kid on the way. Irvin has his inner circle which includes Troy and Emmitt, Moose, Jimmy J. Thank God.

Why should he have to do anything? Baseless charge made by some attention seeking lowlife.
And just how would he "clear his name"?

If we have to "clear our name" even though we did nothing, then our society has sunk farther than ever....

Another Gold digging bottom feeder defeated. Wonder who put her up to it? Same way with the Irvin Case. Both very suss.
Whoa, easy there, Cowboy. The Irvin case is one where I did follow the facts from end to end. It was Irvin who sued the hotel. The woman never accused Irvin of anything publicly except to hotel staff who responded to that incident. No one would have ever known if Irvin didn't go on the air and mention it himself. The case was hush, hush settled in the end but your boy Irvin was not looking good before that since his "witnesses" were busted lying about the interaction. That one was on Irvin and the heavy-handed NFL Network.

could it not be true, and there is just no evidence it happened??
What possible evidence would she have 7 years after it happened?

who knows what ,if anything happened.
I am curious why she brought this up, why ask for 100 mil lol, and why she thought she could win anything in court.

This "lady" and her ambulance chasing lawyer were flipping over every stone trying to create a mountain out of nothing. Why now? Why wait all these years? Makes me think maybe they never wanted to win anything, maybe this was simply done to sully or tarnish him just enough to bring his price down a bit. Just wondering. I mean, just look at the radio stations and TV stations that took her side and never really dedicated the same time slot to Daks side. Don't think for a minute that didn't create doubt in the minds of many. This is why no one trusts media, sports media included. Its all agenda driven, built on lies and half-truths. I am no big Dak fan, ether way really, but I hate to see one side get treated woefully unjust.
I may not appreciate Dak the player, but no one deserves that kind of Kangaroo Court treatment. The Press is becoming a mockery of itself.

I'm glad Dak got away with whatever he did6, especially since it possibly could have been at LEAST partially consensual.

Give her a million, shut her up. Well done Dak.

Hopefully if the lack of evidence is as blatant as that release makes it sound, Dak pursues his case and makes an example out of this woman.

In terms of non violent crime, I really can’t think of anything worse than false rape allegations. The accusation alone is enough to ruin many people’s lives.

I'm waiting for the apologies from a handful few who came at me hard for adamantly proclaiming Dak was innocent of such clearly bogus charges.
