Can't believe I'm still here, I will continue to watch every game because I am admittedly a Cowboys addict, and I will continue to watch every minute of every game despite the dissatisfaction that this season has provided.

At this point I just watch with the enthusiasm to somehow be able to beat the Eagles, I don't care about losing draft slotting as much as I would enjoy
somehow finding a way to beat the Eagles.

If there can be one single salvation from this putrid season, it would be to interrupt Eagles and/or Commodes playoff plans.

Even though its a gaslighting psy-op...

Im silver and blue.

I respect Jerry for wanting to win his way and giving it a shot. Corporate culture instills best practices, but it can be boring. Jerry isnt boring.

I am hoping that if the Family ever allows a tell all.....it will be filled with crazy stories like Jerry calling in plays during a game that his grandson wanted to see...or his grandson needed a certain amount of points in his fantasy league from a player so Jerry called for plays to that player in the second half...or Jerry would put the grandkids names in a hat and have a drawing at Thanksgiving or Christmas, which ever kid got their name drawn got to select the 2nd Round Draft Pick next draft...

God, pretty please, I hope there is a tell all with tons of crazy crap like that. It would seriously be a book I could not put down.

Someone posted in another thread that Jerry runs the team like a hobby and not a serious business. That is so spot on. Jerry isnt boring and I like it.

Been saying for years that this is a hobby for Jerry, like a billionaire collecting coins.

I'm in that wierd stage of excited if they lose for a draft pick but still kinda wanna see the improbable of 11 straight wins to end the season.

It's this wierd push pull but no matter what I'm happy with the outcome at this point, oddly at peace with it all

Right now, at this point in time when we're struggling so painfully, following this team is like keeping up with a habit I can't shake! :omg:
Nevertheless, I still manage to get excited when gametime comes around. The thrills of feeling so alive never does let me down!

My very earliest memory is watching a Cowboys game with my dad when I was four or five, 1971 or ‘72.

I don’t have a second favorite team, even though I love the sport and will watch almost any NFL game available.

I watched every second of every game in 1989, and I’ll do the same this, and every season. They are simply “my” team, through multiple owners, and thousands of players.

Team tank - 100%. Lose every game

There is no downside to this approach

Jerry needs and deserves the ultimate embarrassment. It’s the only way any possible change - even as remote as those chances may be.

Plus we get better draft picks. Lose every game in as ugly fashion as possible.

Losing to the Texans is disgusting. I'm surrounded by their fans. It's a game i really need this team to show up for.

My fandom hasn't changed since I was 8 years old in 1974.

I’m here for the likely coming implosion.

Though highly doubtful, I also wouldn’t mind a nice surprise.

Weird, eh?

I’m a Lifer have been for 57yrs , never miss a game, win, lose or draw, I watch the games from start to finish

Neither will get past a healthy Niners or Detroit so I am not too concerned about it.

I'd prefer a top 5 pick.
