Did he really think everyone would forget about his terrible performance because of one interception? And really, that's because the WR did not continue his route. Mo has been really bad ever since his first game. Wasn't that only his 2nd or 3rd pick of his career? And his first was a deflection in Seattle in 2012. He can't play zone and then can't jam receivers at the line. He's useless.

Whether or not Jerry just added to the fire is another story but still does not hide the fact that Mo is hurting our team. Heck, Carr is, too but this is our No Fly Zone gents. They made this nickname not after they were established but before they ever took a snap as a Cowboy. Clowns.

Feel bad for the guy as a person.

But

As a fan of the Dallas Cowboys it had to be done.

I was really hopeful for him to turn it around too

Kinda where I'm at. Feel bad for the guy but the team has to make the best move they can.

A quitter is more like what Claiborne does when he does not like the harsh truth. Beasley was dealing with personal issues. I view them completely different, so should anyone who understands the distinct difference between the two cases.

If they "embrace" his return, the organization is just as weak willed as he is for walking out the door.

Culture.

My response would have been the coaching staff will play who they see fit. Have you ever seen Jerry respond that way?
Yeah yeah it's his team I get it.

Guess both you and Mo didn't read the whole quote which basically said they expected a bit more but still confident he will become a good player. I really think you are reaching here in your blind hate for Jerry.

If his contract is guaranteed then they should keep him for depth I guess,,,, what a disaster that pick was considering we needed multiple players and it cost us two high picks. The silver haired gremlin strikes again.

Silver-Haired Gremlin.
Ha Ha Ha!

Now if you could make a pic with that theme...

I might have to sue you for making me laugh into a heart attack.

What a good idea, skip film review of a game where you were completely torched all over the field.

What's funny is that he was quoted as saying he knows he played bad, and that the INT doesn't make up for it. Now we know those were just words, because if he truly believed that, he would've taken his demotion in stride, and worked hard to correct whatever the hell is wrong with him. Damn shame.

Of course they are. 2 years and 3 games of suck is a complete aberration.

You might as well. Aint but a few ppl still posting.

Well I didn't mean you. ;)

Okay, it was rcaldw and Dave in NC. I don't think either of those guys are big draft guys who loved Mo coming out or anything, so I don't get it.

He's still human. I don't care whether you're getting paid $5 or $5million. Nobody likes being called out by their boss in public, especially when you know you're sucking at your job.

Having a moment is one thing. Having a sustained tantrum is another. Story's yet to be told on what Mo will do.

Except that in the real world you tend to be fired if you walk out simply because you were called out by your boss. It happens every day in every industry all over the planet. Besides all Jerry said they expected more but still counting on him to be a good player. Was it really that negative a comment?

That would be a good theme, we could stick Jerry's face in here and alter the caption to read,
"Gremlins, we're in yur front office farkin up yur stuff."

To be fair- Beasley had a "moment" and he hadn't done anything and there was patience.

So... Maybe.

Yeah, but Beasley really hadn't done anything... Mo HAS done something; he has shown that he sucks.

Not the biggest Garrett fan, but I actually trust him in a matter like this to find the best way to handle it.

I forgot about this. Jerry's riverboat gambling ways. Way to be lazy and try to rely on absolute luck as a scouting method. Years of good ole Jerry's intuition and how has that worked for us. Yup a .500 team with most likely more misses than hits in the draft. Great job, GM.

Patrick Peterson may have something to say about that ......

I can't think of many aside from Patrick Peterson. I'd officially stay away from them. They gave us Bradie James.....and he's probably had a better carreer than most LSU guys to come out of there in a long time. Dwayne Bowe can be up there too but he too has been disappointing.
