Percy Harvin traded

Rotoworld - Multiple reports suggest Harvin's anger management issues led to his trade to the Jets.

Warren Moon who is on Seattle's radio broadcast, just got interviewed on NFL Radio. The anger management issue got mentioned. He said it was a combination of on field and off the field chemistry issues.

In the field, they've struggled unsuccessfully to incorporate him into their north-south power running offense. Off the field stuff he was more vague about, just saying "he's a different kind of dude.

Said all of that and his big salary next year when they've got more young players ready to extend, all led them to deciding to just cut ties and move on. Said they've been shopping him for longer than just this week.

He only plays 60% of the offensive snaps. A good starter usually sees more than that in a game.

He had three TDs called back because of penalties. A good starter is lucky if they can have one in a game. I'm not buying this.

Seattle Times reporting that Harvin was a problem in the locker room and that management had decided to move on weeks ago. Another source described Harvin as "a ticking time bomb." Clears up cap room for Wilson contract renegotiation, too.

He is. He's a specialized player. He's not a WR like Dez or Megatron, but Seattle new that before they ever traded for him. I think there might be more to this.

Has to be. They gave up a whole lot to get him in 2013 and now are practically giving him away.

Nice to see that our GM isn't the only one who makes bad decisions from time to time. Hawks acquired Harvin from the Vikes for a 1st and 7th (2013) and a 3rd (2014). Ouch.

Thought they had real football men in charge up there. Seriously though, weird timing.
