He just seems like a kid who can't control his emotions from time to time, but it all seems harmless beating of the chest, not some hideous beater of others.
I just don't know. I don't see it, but I can't say I'm the end-all, be-all of character judgements.

It's going to take some real convincing for me. Real hard convincing. I want to believe he is not that man.

Its all speculation at this point. One of two things are going on here. There is no video and someone is "leaking it" to bring the price down for negotiations or someone is trying to black mail Dez.

I'm wondering how someone got ahold of a year's old Walmart surveillance video. Surely they don't keep those things around for years?

I had a 20' enclosed job trailer stolen off a jobsite, they brought it to Walmart to clean out the tools. it was there three days UNDER a camera and they told the cops they didn't have any video of who ever brought it there.

Possibly. It's known that Dez frequents Wal-Mart. He bought PS4s for everyone waiting in line when he got his. Now, I'm going to jump waaaaaaayy down the rabbit hole here, so bear with me: It's POSSIBLE that Dez is friendly with someone in the security department that has/had access to video footage. That footage MAY have incriminating evidence involving Dez. Said security personnel MAY have vowed to "bury" this footage to protect Dez from legal or civil action. That same person MAY have decided that this information was his golden ticket or he MAY have been pressured by the "alleged victim" or his/her family to produce either cash or the video in an attempt to shake Dez down.

Now, that is a whole HELL of a lot of "MAYs" and "POSSIBLEs" but certainly not in the realm of impossible. Stranger things have occurred.

Again, I hope this is all nothing. I REALLY hope this is all nothing but there's a hell of a lot of smoke here.

Dez did say people tried to take advantage of him, and mentioned he should do a tell all interview to clear the air in that tweet.

Seems likely that someone has been trying to blackmail him for something that happened there.

It seems like the "victim" would stand to get more by shaking down Walmart than Dez.

Unless it's a member of management or loss prevention who had access to videos.

My cc tv was located in my office and I could burn the footage on to a dvd. In fact I often had to when dealing with customer or associate injury claims. Our data only went back 90 days though. Wal mart could be different.

Exactly, unless the idiot video tapped it himself, or broke into walmart security, or works for walmart security.

Either way if this was true, wouldn't Dez just keep paying this dumb piece of ****? Or pay someone to handle him?

That type of evidence can really destroy a career.After Dez's tweet, he obviously thinks/feels it's something that all of us already know about. He also said he's not "ashamed".I doubt he'd use that term for rape. I don't think a guy like Dez has to Rape anyone, unless we are talking a video from HS or Middle school days. Which I highly doubt
