I want him. He can get it done on third downs. Dependable blocker and pass catcher, still has a little something left in the tank.

He's 34 years old. Didn't realize he was that old.

I think he makes great sense as a one year bridge player until this team drafts its future running back.

cut dunbar and bring him in,cant believe we are paying him 1.5 million for his 2 plays a game.

I was just thinking the exact same thing. McFadden can fill Dunbar's role anyway and Jackson would help to stabilize this group.

Do these guys have to clear waivers first or can anyone sign them?

They have to clear waivers.

I believe Cleveland might claim Fred Jackson then. Also, I don't think the Cowboys will claim any RB's. They are going to run with the 3 they have, barring injuries.

Definitely would have some interest.

Tim Jennings too as another CB.

Jackson and Jennings would be two names I'd be interested in.

I'm always leary of guys that don't even make the first cut. Sometimes it's the team trying to give the guy a chance to hook on with another team. Sometimes there's a hidden injury. Sometimes the guy has just got to the point where he doesn't have it anymore.
