Trade from a position of Strength for DE

No. Gregory had no bad influence.

Weed isn't bad.

Hardy was a leader on that line. Everyone loved him. Maybe until he slapped a clipboard from some scrub coach. But he was our guy.

Sad.

i dont think hardy was a pot smoker
but thought hardy somehow had influence on gregory

Hardy didn't smoke pot. He was a meanie. And he scared people. And he was the ******* Kraken.

He didn't influence Gregory. RG was gonna smoke his weed, regardless. That's his only downfall. No other issues.

You're saying Hardy provoked RG to smoke weed and fail tests???

no i am saying the word was hardy was a bad influence in the lockerroom and on gregory because they spent time together. gregory got all screwed up etc.

i really cannot believe jerry with all his $ cannot get around the stupid pot policy.
i say move gregory to thailand and the local test places can be much easier be 'influenced' as needed.

We need a killer on the RE folks.

I'm rue'ing Hardy. I rue RG.

We need a killer, not a friggin' girl scout.

Wanna buy some cookies?? HELL NAH, I WANT TO MAUL THAT ***** ARSE QB

That was all lies. He was a bad influence on the higher ups from the Giselle publicity, photos leaked, and slapping scrub fatty coach's clipboard.

Our DLine loved him. Marinelli, the only man whom I care about's opinion on the fella loved him.

Haley loved him.

****.

I don't agree, at all. But respectfully, brother.

I think his Gisselle tweets and the photos of the girl he was with messed him up. He wasn't done, tho, just out of his game.

We could've had him for pennies on the dollar
He could have been had for pennies on the dollar for any other team as well. There is a reason no one would touch him. The DV and photo leaks are part of it, but he did himself no favors as far as conduct with the Cowboys. No one wants a guy like him around there team. Worth noting a less talent player In Junior Gallette, with a video of him whipping a woman with a belt, is still a member of the Commanders

It sucks. But this is all true.

It sucks.

Hardy played all over the line.

He was our RDE, tho.

If I could somehow infuse Herschel Walker's attitude and work ethic into Greg Hardy with Hardy's playing abilities on the D line, I would take Hardy back. Not possible though.

I don't see a team with a "premier" pass rusher that would take Collins in trade, much less Green. Green might get you a third string end.

I think Garrett and the other coaches didn't want to keep Hardy because of the clipboard incident. I don't think he would have been cheap for 2016 but had they signed in for another year we might have beat Green Bay in the playoffs

Yup. As regards to GB. No doubt.

I do disagree about him being "not" cheap in '16. We would've been his only caller. Cheap, imo.

No. Hardy was a madman that needed to be left alone.

He'd done his "time"

But being a Cowboy your time is never over. Even after a huge suspension and public lynching.

Hardy. Beast

Reports are that he started doing cocaine after the new pics surfaced.

Well I think we were his only chance to play in 2015 and he wasn't cheap then. Truth is we don't know what they would have offered him or what he would have taken to play in 2016.
Knowing the Cowboys how cheap they've been lately chances are they offered him smaller amount and he turned them down and that played a part in not resigning him.

I wouldn't trade Collins, but I would check out wha the Jets want for Sheldon Richardson....Last year of his contract, wants out of NY...both Collins and Richardson will want a nice payday soon. Money goes to the Pass Rusher..
