Also forgot to mention in my post above regarding the meta data, as Denim Chicken mentions above, that meta data can be tampered with pretty easily. And based on what little research I have done, it's almost impossible to prove the data has been tampered with. .

There are other issues as well, such as the timing of the camera in and of itself. This is a pretty old article and I'm not sure what the state of the technology is now and whether courts consider metadata even reliable, but it does give a background perspective:

http://www.slate.com/articles/news_...06/04/are_the_duke_lacrosse_photos_legit.html

That being the case, I hardly doubt our now infamous DM hoe and groupie has the knowledge or know-how to tamper with metadata, even if basic, and if the NFL did, that's another issue. If she actually did tamper with it, that's tampering with evidence and illegal, which is a whole different issue.

It's quite a stretch to think she would be smart enough to change the dates/time stamps on the photos.

Anyone read this?

Yeah I did.. Thought it was garbage. The author wants to play the moral high-ground to still push the agenda that Zeke is guilty. But there is no moral high-ground here, because the evidence has already come out to everybody that the accuser is a liar.

I already mentioned that. It's also quite a stretch for the NFL to think people who actually investigate as a job, such as forensic teams, don't have the tools to look into these sort of issues, such as date stamps on photos via tools that are open source and very common on the web.

To quote Cher, "if I could turn back time..." Which I just did on my phone, turn off auto update and you can change the time on your phone to anything and still stay in your timezone.

Yep.

And technically they are right. Except in those cases, after one party has clearly lied about an incident, there would likely need to be strong proof that they can prove her lies were just isolated to that one event. What the league has laid out is not nearly enough to overcome the fact that the woman in question clearly lied about one of the incidents.

Forget the low threshold of the NFL. It's just common sense. When one has nothing but circumstantial evidence on the case but one of the parties has shown to have a very questionable credibility issue, only those with an agenda look beyond that.

The NFL has a clear agenda. They've been burned on this before and have taken haymakers from a PR perspective. So their reaction the next time a star player gets accused? They have to make it right and show people that they do take this seriously. So they back fill a case to support their predetermined conclusion and now it's coming apart on them, which is why you see them release that petty statement about the NFLPA leaking information.

They better have more than what they have made public or they are going to look foolish.

Yep, but I don't think the IG hoe is that smart... that being said, it's all still left up to taking the word of the NFL and they could be making the 'metadata' issue up. They aren't releasing the full investigation, unlike what they did with the Wells Report, and now they are playing the 'victim shaming' game. Who knows what is going on.

All of this could have been avoided had the NFL not tried to take the law into its own hands. Pandora's box is open now and the knives are out. There is no turning back now.

Wait so the NFL already had this and still levied the suspension? I guess this doesn't outright prove he didn't hit her but it does prove the type of person she is. And that type of person would obviously have no problem blaming Zeke for domestic violence that he didn't commit. Sheesh.

yeah but you can also Google where she texted a friend and instructed them to say it, the abuse, happened in a car. she is getting folks to lie for her which to me hurts every "real" victim of DV.
