Broaddus's take on issues with Dez

It is the QB
It is the design of the offense
It is playcalling
It is because he's hurt

It is not Dez
It is everybody and everything else

Dez is awesome. He just hasnt done anything in 3 years. LOL

TO was known for his drops too even when putting up HOF numbers. That continued here and it was that specific excuse people used as a reason for Garrett’s failed offenses.

WTH is a Romo cry baby?

A Romo cry baby is a guy that hates Dak Prescott because Romo isnt here anymore. I know it was really tough on the cry babies last year when broken back Romo wasnt allowed to return. But the moment he retired the whiney little cry babies should have seen quite clearly how wrong you were.

LOL....massive separation and Dez simply dont go together. If Dez couldnt out jump anyone he would never catch the ball.

They clearly do. It’s been confirmed numerous times this year. He just hasn’t helped himself with drops. So moving the goal posts is easy. I’m so sick of our fans.

 Wait what? I think you may be mistaking me with someone else. And apparently didn't look at my signature picture.

Did you mean to quote someone else? lol

LOL...........numerous times? You mean a couple times in 15 games? yah that sounds about right.

And many of us hate fans like you. Guys that blindly dont realize how overpaid, over the hill, receivers are hurting this team. Dez was great, but not anymore.

Dropped passes, rarely getting open, occasionally route running. That is not on Dak. His overall lack of production, sure, is also due to QB play.
He actually is open. Thats a weak excuse.

Dropped passes i will admit is his fault, but every WR drops passes. He isnt near the top of the list for dropped passes. Hes been credited with 4 dropped passes. The great Odell beckam had 4 drops in 4 games

LOL..........yep you are right. I reread your post. Changed from you cry babies to the cry babies.

LOL.........that doesnt even make sense.

It’s makes complete sense unless you have an agenda. Dez has had more than a few indefensible drops. Point blank.

AND DAK HAS THROWN EVEN MORE UNCATCHABLE BALLS. the combination has compounded the issues, but only one thing is looked at or pointed to.

Dez isn’t double covered because the most dangerous ball is defensible with single coverage and Dak isn’t great at throwing it. And they devote more energy to taking away Cole underneath and we don’t exploit it

Its simply that Dak and Dez are not on the same page. Its on both of them. Dak won't throw deep very often, and Dez has dropped too many that were in his hands when the ball does go deep. Beyond frustrating.

Dak doesnt like throwing to guys that arent open. You can tell he just doesnt feel comfortable tossing the ball up for grabs. If you want to blame Dak for that, by all means go ahead. Personally, I cant blame him. Romo had no problem tossing the ball up and taking chances. Its why he had so many picks. Dak is a different bread. Not a gunslinger but a hell of a QB none the less. If you disagree then its your issue. Without Prescott where would this team be right now? Romo and his broken back have retired.

Even Linehan pointed this out when explaining Beasley’s production. He said teams are dropping DL back while showing rush and and they started to do by the end of last year.

Of course the typical Dez haters even tried spinning this about teams not even worrying about doubling Dez to take away Beasley and I’m like since when are DL doubling WRs on the outside to then stop doubling them to take the WR over the middle?

I mean the Dez hate as the sole reason this offense is struggling is just comical

Romo had 7 or 9 picks when he finally had Linehan and was allowed in game planning in his MVP season and was basically perfect in sub zero temperatures on the road on Lambeau with a credible OL. Jerry asked Romo about picking Frederick for a reason..

Unlike Dak, Romo still has the guts to throw the ball in crappy conditions..

Just stop...

Dez hasnt been productive for years. Those are the facts.

And what is worse?

A fan hating Dez or a fan hating Dak? Talk about dumb.

Dak is a 2nd year QB that the 2nd best rookie year in the history of the league. Won rookie of the year last year. You take away a half the oline and Zeke and he has struggled some like everyone else.

Dez is simply over paid and over the hill.

True he had 9 picks in his best season. But he had many other season that were much much worse.

Look, I love Romo and I love Dak. Two completely different QB's. Its actually pathetic for any fan to dislike either one.

Dez on the other hand hasnt been productive for 4 years. Facts are stubborn things.
