Cmon folks you can't do football 24-7. Something like this takes an hour a day for a week or two and is a passion. It's kinda pathetic to think these guys can't have hobbies. Y'all think players don't watch TV, walk the dogs, play with the kids. "Hey don't help your wife wash the dishes because you have to watch film". Or "that lawn will just have to wait to be mowed because you have to be in the gym for 15 hours today". My lord,,,, Geesh

I saw that Rapper at halftime champ game last night. Just awful . No instruments or music . Just fast talking I couldn’t understand. Nor wanted to.

I’ve heard some Rap with a band and instruments with at least a beat to which is tolerable but I’ll never understand the attraction to that garbage last night.

There was a radio station guy when I lived in Denver, a white dude who recorded some rap songs. He called himself The Plain White Rapper. LOL.

You have to realize a lot of the demographic on here hates rap. It was obvious what a lot of the replies would be on here when I saw it this morning. Not surprising.
that may be true, but for me I didn't say cut Rico???

I think it's time to move on from Garrett. He served his purpose. He got Jerry to younger and draft offensive linemen when nobody else could.

But this act has molded. Time for a fresh coaching staff, scheme, and unfortunately, a different QB.

He’s in the NFL. The league consisting of the best football players in the world. And he has, for his role, had a lot of success.

He is clearly “about football”. What exactly about Beasley making a rap song indicates otherwise? If this was Zach Martin making a rap song, would you say to cut I’m too?

its called a generational gap... why embarrassing???

You can call it that if you like, but let's call it what it is - being closed-minded.

My dad always tells me stories about his dad calling the music he liked (rock and roll, what would now be classic rock) "rattle rattle" and how he never understood how his dad couldn't try to appreciate it....and now he sounds like a lot of the posters on here when talking about today's pop/hip-hop. I point this out and he just scoffs and says its different. For the record, I think there's a lot of great classic rock and a lot of great hip-hop as well.

Anyway this isn't a music forum. If some guys think Cole Beasley should spend every waking moment thinking about football or working out in the offseason, go right ahead, I'll never agree with that. He seems like a great teammate and a great guy, so I don't think its fair to call the output from a passion hobby of his "garbage" and put him down if he's just trying to have fun with his free time.
