If you think Dak is the guy then you'd probably accept anyone

I'd imagine you were a fan and rooted for every single QB from Aikman to Romo and all of them in between, no doubt.

Is this the kind of offense you wish upon our team? Dink and dunk and if the secondary allows for it take a shot deep down the sideline?
The way the team uses Dak is what sucks. They do not tailor the offense around his strengths. Our coaches are what sucks. We can win with Dak but the coaching/play calling has to change.

Suppose we get the Cooper Rush from the 2017 preseason, what that be an upgrade? Yes. Suppose we get the Cooper Rush from the 2018 preseason how much of a difference would it be? Not much imo.

You're beginning to see the frustration in the faces of the offense. They know they're workiing with Dak's arm tied behind their backs.

No touchdowns in 10 of the last 11 quarters. Only 47% touchdowns with a first down inside the 10. Signficantly weaponry with nothing to show for it offensively. Relying on the defense to win games.

Dak is testing their patience, too.

Colts 23 Cowboys 0 (ZERO)
this thread has DAK In the title, so lets just talk stats..Dak didnt lose byy himself bro..lucks numbers arent anything to cheer about HIS TEAM PLAYED BETTER.. Dak cant block, run, catch, kick FGs, be the coach, and play STs.. we lost in all phases..no way to point out one players..

so you rather see it Colts 23 Dak 0? I mean thats the narrative as the knee jerkers all come to swoon..

Well, this OL is blocking for the leading rusher in the NFL, so I wouldn’t be saying “scraping the bottom of the barrell” now as far as coaching, I totally agree with you.

The sack totals are abysmal. Zeke is a generational player that makes everything look better.

although dak threw one perfectly to a wide open receiver who apparently cant see. It would have been a touchdown and possibly changed the entire flow of the game

that player #49...i have never seen before and hope to never see again

I wanted to throw rocks at Dak watching his ridiculously awful pocket awareness. But then i think about who is coaching him up...

Luck-16/27 192 0 0

Dak-24/39 206 0 1

One day, hopefully, fans will finally understand that stats are meaningless. But I'm not going to hold my breath.

Anybody who knows anything about football saw that Luck had a pretty nice game, and Dak was an embarassment.

Good luck in this Fantasy generation. Stats only serve as support in presenting an opinion and narrative.

Which T is it? Tweets? Telepathy? Secret testimony? How does anyone confirm how the players feel about Prescott?

Most or all of Prescott's teammates may support him more strongly than those fans who are entirely in his corner.

imagine if Elliot had any speed left he would probably have 300 or more yards over what he has now. He’s probably 4.7 at this point lol.

I agree but we really have no options.

I’d like to get Derek Carr. His stock is low but he can throw the football and he’s mobile.

Dallas is married to Dak though but hopefully he figures out that he’s mobile and can run. He could help us if he would use his legs but he thinks he’s Aikman.
Boy I would trade Dak for Carr right now, I wonder if the Raiders would.

The only reason I asked is because there was one particular play where Tyron had taken his guy clearly out of the play. There was a lane to the left where Tyron had vacated and nothing but God's green earth ahead. Dak stood there in the pocket as if it was something that was coached into him when I have seen him take off in that instance numerous times in college.
I would bet that he has been coached to not be so quick to give up on the pocket since he had a bad habit of doing just that earlier in the season. I seriously doubt he has been coached to never leave his spot when the pressure is real.

Ultimately it is instincts or lack thereof that decide the outcome. Lack of pocket presence has been a knock on him. You can't coach that into someone.

Don't kid yourself.

They know what the problem is. It's #4.
