simple math. he's won twice as many games as he's lost. that suggests he's more than average.

Simple truth. Many of them were as a rookie when we all concede he was phenomenal. Most wins since then have been in spite of him, not because of him. He is single handily making almost every game come down to the last minute when they should have been up by three scores or more. If you watch the games and can’t see how bad Dak Prescott is, then you are blind or have no football common sense.

That comment right there just shows how you have absolutely NO idea about the game of football.
Yea I've only been following it for 45 years. Give me a break. I've been on Dak's side since the beginning so I'm not a hater but the Dak lovers that can see him do no wrong and the haters who were mad because he replaced Romo are just ridiculous. Some of us actually have eyes and can see his faults. The guy is average. He is a bus driver. That's who we have right now.

I hate to say it, but so-called Dak "haters," as we call them, don't really know what they're talking about.

He's no gunslinger, like Romo was. But as much as I loved Romo, I'll take a busdriver for the things he does, like be sure of his read before he throws, than someone who has a gunslinger mentality.

Dak is an athlete. If you can't see that, you aren't looking. That alone makes him a credible threat to defenses.

Dak is young. He's in his third year. Some QBs never start until their 3rd or 4th year. That says something about his game.

Dak has led us to the playoff twice in his first two years. He's young, but he overcomes being young by being mature. And being an athlete. I like that about him.

Dak is clutch. Like it or not, he's clutch. His game speaks for itself.

He's gotten better as the season has gone on. That's all you can ask of a quarterback.

He wins.

Haters can hate all they want. But when you hate on a winner, that means you're probably a loser. Why else would the haters hate so hard?

All of you Uncle Ricos can take a hike.

We clinched the NFCE with one game left.

That's all Dak had to do, and he did it.
You are a football imbecile.

I don't believe we can win with him. And by win I mean make a deep playoff run and win a SB.

He's simply not good enough IMO. The margins of error for having a bus driver type win a SB are really slim. I'd prefer to look for a better QB and increase our odds.

I suspect the excuses will last forever when it comes to him from some of you.

Our defense is missing a few pieces but we can win if certain adjustments were made..

Look I’m all for drafting a better qb if one is within reach but in the meantime let’s Try to win...

I think you can win with an avg QB
But your avg QB has to play smart and not turn the ball over and take sacks
Absolutely you can. I’m a realist, you can win but it’s harder. But it has happened in the past with guys like Flaco and bob Griese and Jim plunkett

You know how our fans are. Some never let up. Everything they say is Dak sucks, or trolling with how bad Dak sucks. I'm calling out those guys, the absolutists.

Again, I'm not saying he's perfect .I'm saying, given what he is, a young quarterback who has led us to the playoffs – twice.

Twice, unless you think he wasn't the QB when we made the playoff twice.

When you think "lead," you think gunslinger... I'm totally fine with Dak leading the bus to the playoffs.

Twice.
When I think "lead", I think, "That's the reason we won."........Dak is far from being the reason we won several games. Dak was in the back seat of the "bus" today.

Except it's not simple math. Because the equation of a "win" goes well beyond just the QB getting the win.

Case in point, we got a win last year over Oakland. And Dak was terrible I mean truly terrible in that game. But apparently he played well because, hey, we got the W.

Guess youre forgetting 2007 when Dallas had the 3rd ranked defense. top 10 in takeovers. And top 5 in sacks.

That defense was incredibly overrated and it showed the following season when we fell apart.

Romo’a best defense was the second half of 2009 - but they folded against the Vikings

Would have saved a lot of typing by just stating "I don't know anything about football but I think Dak is pretty good."

What do u expect from a 4th Round Comp? Unitas? Get real.. He is what we Allow him to be, sometimes..

Let him run and we win, force him to be a pocket only passer and we lose..

It taint rocket science mane...

Having a quarterback who can't throw but can run would be fantastic if we were one of the service academies. However since we're an NFL team, it would be great to have a guy who could actually stand in the pocket read a defense and make a throw

I'm one of the biggest Dak supporters, but he has to step it up in the playoffs or we will be one and done. Wasn't happy with his play today or the offense.
