But prob most realize the solution isn’t that simple with Jerry. That’s the over riding factor. Will the next Puppet be as effective influencing Jethro and Son in building a better culture.

We’ve had better X and O Puppets and even a HOF HC like Parcells with no better results here in 21st Century. I think most would fire Garrett in a heartbeat if we were guaranteed one of these other top 15 HC’s knowing he’d have similar influence.

Anyway, evaluating Garrett on his Game Day efforts isn’t what is intriguing about him nor his greatest asset to our franchise . He’s a calming force for our dysfunctional organization Off the field.

You're delusional at best. It's been well documented that you'll blame Jones for World hunger, but to suggest he chased coaches out is just not accurate.

Landry was going to be fired regardless. That's a ignorant point.
Johnson stated himself he wasn't staying in any one place for more than five years. Fact.
BP was at the end of his coaching ability and was .500.

Circumstances.....excellent job considering the circumstances. Including the circumstances of Romo not being able to stay healthy.

Anytime we defend a coach by citing extenuating circumstances such as injuries, IMO, we have fallen prey to the excuse making the Jones boys make a living doing for themselves and those they don’t want to be accountable.

This list says Garrett is better than Quinn, Zimmer, Rivera, and Arians. Somebody with the last name Jones had a part in this list.
