Johnson said he decided to proceed with the criminal complaint after conferring with his father, who has a legal background.

"If I'd been there, Zeke would have been the next guy on the ground," his father Kelly Johnson told Fox 5 Las Vegas (KVVU-TV).

Johnson had a law practice in California but was disbarred in August 2017 according to the state's license records.

I just read that that the punk kid has been trying to extort Zeke, according to Zeke's lawyer...hope they have the evidence and this kid gets charged with a felony and his life gets destroyed...cannot stand punks like this. Maybe Zeke should sue him...

My question is if the LV police were on scene what was this punk doing near Zeke...my guess is he wanted to rub shoulders with Zeke and Zeke wanted no part of him...he got knocked down...the punk should take it a life lesson...move on.
