Mistakes by players caused the loss. The coach did not fumble the ball multiple times, or cause Dak's poor play. Did Zeke look like a $100M bucks last night? How about Cooper? Did our "great" D-Line control the line of scrimmage? How about the O-line?

The constant Garrett bashing on the forum is just tired. The many objective independent experts who judge and rank coaches think far more highly of Garrett than the rabid fans who spend hours bashing him on the message board. Yes, there are better coaches out there. Also better QB's, RB's, WR's etc...

Blame the coach for bad coaching decisions, but blaming him for everything is just ignorant.
He’s earned it the last 9 plus years.

One thing for certain...Phillips could coach defense but, Garrett can't coach anyone or anything. He can clap away like a fool...that he can do!

Garrett's game day responsibilities are more or less limited to calling timeouts, deciding which penalties to accept/decline and he has the last say with the challenge flag. I can't remember seeing him do those jobs incorrectly last night. He doesn't call plays and hasn't for a long time.

I like Dak but his audibles surely had an impact on the play calling because there seemed to be a lot of them, and they didn't work. But Garrett can't throw him under the bus when bombarded by the media. He did that with Romo and it caused problems.

Maybe it wasn't the best game plan, but the bottom line is the players didn't execute it correctly so we'll never know what could have been.

For good part of the second, the cowboys defense kept giving up 5, 6, 7 yards on first down. Hard to win games that way.

***!!! Wade sabotaged himself!!! he is a 500 coach always has been and always will be. He's a great DC, not a HC. Garrett had nothing to do with Wade. If you go back and look at all of Wade's HC history you will see that everytime his teams went down hill the longer he coached.
The Oline did not play last night, or they got handles by a very good Dline, the crowd noise had a lot to do with it, among other things, but rest assure Moore was calling those plays, the offensive game plan is made up by Moore, Garrett, Kitna, Dak and others. It is not Garrett's fault
Sure bud, and we're almost there to win a Superbowl with JG..

Sabotaged Wade? LOL. Was it not Wade's defense that got manhandled 2 weeks in a row leading to a 1-7 season? Wade WAS DC and the defense is why this team was losing. Garrett finished the season with a 5-3 record...
Yup and only had 3 8-8 seasons, how many playoff wins? Lmao

Clarence Hill said on 103.3 he believes Garrett leaned on Moore all week to be conservative this game. Didn't want to make mistakes in that loud dome.

Basically he made sure that Moore didn't call plays that wasn't part of his playbook. Thanks Garrett for making the team lose. Another reason why our dummy of a coach needs to go.

So anytime we win— something other than Garrett is the cause— anytime we lose, all Garrett’s fault?

Lol

Why make excuses for Garrett? Isn't he the head coach? Maybe we should just blame the peanuts vendor or the janitor. It's never Garrett's fault it seems. No not at all.

Is it though? Hmmmm?

Not taking up for Garrett, because I could’ve cared less if he was gone after the Ram’s playoff loss.

That game has Garrett's finger prints all over it. Playing not to lose rather than trying to win. Calling running plays up the middle with a stacked box is just the dummiest thing to do. But that's typical of a Garrett style offense.

wait...the first three games, Moore is the OC and things are going great and everyone wants him promoted to head coach...now, we lose and its garrett's fault... Garrett is in a lose lose situation. when we lose its his fault. when we win its somebody else....

So who is to blame? Oh certainly not the head coach. He is beyond blame for anything regarding a lost.

MOORE, KItna, and others..they are calling plays and monitoring their gameplan.. somehow every big win is despite garett every loss is on garett :))get over it..ive seen KR and RM also get outcoached most of the year..

Calling plays for Garrett's playbook. Thus Moore is neutered from calling the plays that will win games.

Garrett got outcoached. Him playing it conservative once again lost us this game.

Pure and simple. Him not wanting Dak to throw the ball an rely just on Elliott running the ball was the reason why we lost. The Saints were loading the box. Yet time and again we kept running up the middle.

Moore is not at fault here. This is all on Garrett.
Could you please share the memo you got from Garrett that said he instructed Dak to not throw the ball and only reply on Zeke running the ball. I'd really appreciate you sharing that with the rest of us. Thanks, dude.
