Dak only completed 3 passes of 10+ yards in the air, and two of those could have easily been incomplete. Cooper went way up and snagged an overthrow to convert on 3rd and 9, and the TD to Witten was way behind him. The only on-target throw beyond 10 yards was the long TD to Austin, who was completely uncovered and just standing there.

If Goff hadn't been so bad, and the defense and run game hadn't been so good, that probably would have been another ugly loss. Shows you how tough Dak is, and how luck can play a big role sometimes.
I don't know about those passes to Amari and Witten.....if they can't make those catches they don't need to be on the field. Tough catches that could've used better throws.

I'm almost sure this is the play.

I remember it specifically and being worried Dak wasn't going to get up, but he popped right up so I figured we got lucky but I guess not.
Yeah, I was worried with how that shoulder hit the ground and the way fhe Rams player rolled onto him with all his weight. That’s how a lot of separated shoulders happen in the NFL.

Cool story bro .. why don’t you post that incredible insight and information in yet another thread ... in fact start your own thread just with that ? It would be so interesting and insightful ?
Please ??
this is what 75% of you all ALL did before the rams game so? :)))

and the Eagles have shown nothing to make us think they can win four in a row to end the season
Have you seen who they play to end the season? They have been outplayed by the Commanders and Giants two weeks straight and have still won. It doesn't necessarily take skill to fail into a win against a team like the Giants who seem to be tanking.

right, but my point was at least they featured it and made grandpa Wade think about having to defend it

now Schwartz doesn't have to worry
I have a feeling he’s gonna be sending lots of blitzes at us.

Romo played with a punctured lung, played the rest of the season too. Rivers played with an ACL tear. Cam Newton played weeks last season with a shoulder injury.

A test can be "negative", this does not mean it's not impacting his game - he already couldn't throw on a RPO and struggled throwing beyond 10 yards. Actually, this is sounding VERY similar to Cam Newton last season. Now people around Dallas are saying he might not even practice tomorrow. It's going to be Thursday, dude, it's cutting it pretty dang close to an important game on Sunday.
I’ve had a punctured lung. It’s not what I’d call fun. Romo was a bad mofo.

win four in a row would require them to beat us and they have shown nothing lately to show they can

I just listened to Garrett's press conference where he said Prescott's tests are negative and he said the injury occurred early in the game, so he played the rest of the game and can't be that serious.
.
C'mon how many times have you heard about a player finishing a game with an injury but once the adrenaline wears off you find out he was seriously injured.

I'm not concerned about his availability. I'm concerned about his effectiveness. Dak hasn't really been lighting it up over the last month so to add an injury into the mix is not good.

The eagles corners are poor in coverage and poor at tackling.

me need guys like Amari, Gallup and Cobb to make guys miss and get YAC on shorter passes.

it can be done.
Amari don't do road games.

Another heavy dose of the running game sounds good too.
Hmmm..

Sounds like pre-game disinformation to me.

He maybe dinged a little but so what happens now?

We put in another QB like Cooper Rush?

Think not. Let's see..

hurt finer throwing hand, hurt shoulder throwing hand?

Novacaine injections where and where?

If we can win Sunday he can have next Sunday and the next off and have the week of the home playoff game to get rdddeady.

Should be enough.

Tell me all the times that has happened with a QB's throwing shoulder? Yes players have played through injuries but seldom have the injuries been serious injuries and when they have been on the more serious side we hear about it immediately after the game and not waited until 3 days later.

Not only that. Their D gave up a staggering 81 points to the Dolphins, Skins & Gnats. Can you imagine if they had to play the Saints & Rams as well?

They'd be tied with the Skins in standings. :lmao:
