Simply amazing how we have to pair down offensive schemes and surround him with all of this Elite talent. And yet still pay him Elite money.

Yep, part of the reason I come here and the main reason Greg shows up. He loves being the cornered lion with all the jackals surrounding him and he loves to argue. Some do take him too seriously when he's doing this.

I've seen him cast his net out there to see if he can kick up an argument too many times. Sometimes he doesn't catch a jokester jackal.

But part of the allure of this nest of nuts is sitting back and watching the fur fly. I often hear "I know you are but what am I"? like some PeeWee Herman bit.

I try to welcome the new posters that sign up in the Members Zone with a bring your sense of humor greeting because that's the single most necessary ingredient to an enjoyable time here.

BTW, I've mentioned this before but if all y'all would drop by the Members Zone occasionally and welcome the new guys, you will get to learn something about them so when you see them in gen pop you know a little more about where they're coming from.

Fat Mikey has provided you a renewed hope. I’m happy for you. For me it’s a welcomed admittance for Jerry in his sinister way but I won’t allow myself to believe in Anything he does until the results come in.

In the meantime I can have some fun with it. And the fact is needles those who are head over heels with this hire as our saving grace against Jerry makes it all the more satisfying. Like you said, I embrace taking on the underdog role especially when I believe in it.

That's a fact. If not for the old forum and moving to this one, I would have left the NFL and Cowboys in the dust, I have little passion for either. But it does exist and that's why I try to stay engaged but the Cowboys team I really loved, that's been gone for some time now.

I think it may be more that his guy didn't get hired.

One of my two did get hired so I am obviously pretty jazzed about it but many misunderstood Greg's support of Garrett and even he admitted he screwed up when he did. His defense of Garrett over the last few years has been because of who he worked for and the feeling he was one of the voices that Booger listened to and I think that was part of the plan. I think the son made moves to get Garrett into that seat because that was another voice to do what Parcells said was necessary, keep Booger from himself.

That and Greg really likes getting cornered and sniped at from the jackals. He's a nut for an argument and just as hard to get off that as taking a nut from a squirrel.
