DURR DURR DURR...when you say things like this to someone you don't know just tells me you are feeling that about yourself. You have no self respect. Internet bully is what you try and be...but, I'll like you just for fun...OK? I cannot hate on a imbecile.

DURR DURR DURR...love all around. DURR.
“A imbecile” is incorrect grammar, because like I said, you’re an uneducated, inferior nobody.

Truth hurts.

Colts owner Jim Irsay didn’t pull any punches Tuesday talking about Carson Wentz at the NFL owners meetings.

A day after Frank Reich said Wentz shouldn’t be considered a scapegoat for the Colts’ late-season collapse, Irsay went in the complete opposite direction.

He blasted his former quarterback in the strongest imaginable terms.

Hahaha...Wince!!!
Dam, I sure wish this organization had an owner like Irsay who isn't afraid to speak his mind and call out a player when it's justified! All I hear from the FACE is how great things are and how the future looks so promising for the Cowboys, when in fact things are not that great and going forward with the TEN TOE MEDIOCRE SLOTH formally known as Dak Prescot is going to be a catastrophic mistake. The SLOTH is not the future of this organization and the FACE needs to find a trading partner and put an end to this ridiculous situation while there are still so teams who will attempt to trade for the SLOTH...........

Except that isn’t what happened.

Dak made the playoffs and went 11-5.

Wentz missed the playoffs and went 9-8, despite having the best RB in football and a defense that was #2 in takeaways.

Welcome to reality!
You put Dak in that division and he would never win it. So therefore he wouldn't make the playoffs.

No one expects Dak to be Mahomes except Dak. Dak stop playing the way that got him his contract. He sits and waits for guys to be "wide" open instead of taking what the defense gives him. There is nothing wrong with nickel and diming a defense until they commit to stopping it.
You see the Watson deal? That’s the trend. Not Dak’s fault it has gotten crazy with QB deals. In a couple years the Dak deal is going to look much better.

Or you can save everyone the misery and go follow Jim Irsay and his Colts. Problem solved.

Thing is Wentz had all the tools to be a great quarterback. Why almost everyone from players to coaches to media pegged him above Dak to start with. IMO was the right call.

However the sports world is a funny place. Doesn't always work out the way you expect. Dak worked hard to improve his game while Wentz started the injury spiral downward. Plus he seems to be a locker room disaster and shi tty teammate per ex players, coaches, and now owner.

I personally thought Indy would have been a good change of scenario for him but it seems his locker room / personal problems followed him there. He did however not have a terrible year besides the last game.

Probably his last chance to be a starting QB

There is something really interesting, and I fell truthful from Irsay's comments.

Paraphrasing here. He states that players play the game, and they are only capable of playing their game.

This to me is so important for determining a player's value to your team. It is incumbent on all talent evaluators to really understand the game and the tendencies the players have.

When the chips are down they are going to play the game they have. Some players are built for the moment and relish the challenge and the spotlight and perform to it.

Others say a good game, state they want the spotlight, but snuff out when the magnifying glass is focused on them.

You have to figure out each players game, and determine if they are a fit with their natural tendencies for your team.

A great example is Charles Haley. He wasn't just insane. He tended to waffle on the borderline criminal side, but when the games were on the line he was all about winning, fighting and living up to the moment. He was such a great signing for us back in the day.

Take another guy. Roy Williams the WR. That was a poor fit, and he couldn't step up into the #1 role for a marque team after leaving the hapless Lions.

I think Dak should be as good as he is paid.

He is currently the 5th highest paid QB, right? Behind Mahomes, Rodgers, Allen, and Watson. He is not the 5th best QB in the NFL.

He was the 3rd highest paid QB last season behind Mahomes and Allen. He was not the 3rd best QB in the NFL last season.

I don't mind paying a QB if their talents match their contract relative to their peers. There is nobody that believes Dak is the 5th most talented QB in the NFL right now or was the 3rd most talented QB last season.

We're not trolls. We'd just like to see a return for the money that's being tied up in these guys. I don't believe that's too much to ask.

Now doe Ezekiel Elliott.

This should never have come from an NFL owner despite what anyone thinks of Wentz

The worse things can happen to a league when owners think they know more about football than their GM's and HC's.

As for Isray, you'd think if he knew football then he would have saved a few choice comments for the guy that was supposed to be blocking Josh Allen in that game. In fact, he might even have something to say about the entire offensive line when there is six sacks and two forced fumbles.

The only football person that Isray should have a public opinion on is his GM. Other than that, all owners should just stick to counting their coins.
