Nor is it going to be sunshine and rainbows.

Of course there is going to be more than his QB coach helping him but we need Dak to develop and the one running the QB room and working with him most at practice will be his QB coach.

If blind trust in people we will never meet is enough for you then great. You should understand that not all people are satisfied with such fare.

That is why you try to get better Moore knows the game he has studied he knows the system and holds lots of records as a college QB they even renamed 1 of them after him

Saying Linehan knows what he wants in a QB coach and knows what he’s got in Moore is not a rationalization. Of course, Linehan could be wrong, but it’s not a rationalization to conclude that an experienced coach who knows a candidate well and tabs him to fill a position that looks like a stretch from the outside is evidence than Moore’s probably a reasonable candidate for the QB job.

It’s a bigger leap to assume Linehan is wrong because you don’t agree with him when you know so little about Moore’s actual ability to do the job.

Well, I was thinking more along the lines of him being involved with Cousin's development. A bastion of QB failure over the past couple of decades giving a guy his first shot is not an endorsement of the approach to coaching hires either.

It's blind trust. And how can he know what he has in Moore when he has by definition never seen him coach?

I think in terms of probability. Success is definitely a possible outcome. The learning curve being more impactful than his natural ability, Linehan's motivations not being what you hope for, or his natural ability not being what it's hoped to be are other possible outcomes.

I don't assume he is wrong. I just have no reason to believe that the move will be successful. It's what I consider a healthy skepticism.

What Exactly does a qb coach do?
I have no idea what Wade did as qb coach.
Not knowing it is hard to say
Kellen is bad or good.
Could be they are using same logic they used when they hired
Jg and then later made him HC in training.
