From the first snap until the last snap everything in between is called football. When the game is on the line and Dak Prescott has the ball in his hands last. He has more wins since he's been this league than any other quarterback. And that is a fact no opinion required.

Shouldn't a franchise QB elevate the players around them?
That's called leadership. And that's what Prescott has done he's taking over this team he's proven it is. His second season he went head over heels in the endzone I think it was against the Falcons. At that point he's proven it's his team.

Not targeting the OP, it's beyond laughable the fascination with an average player. But those same people are quick to hate on everyone else they don't like, including nonbelievers of the next greatest QB.

Exactly. "Good" QBs will win games with backups playing on offense - which explains David Carr's statue in the NFL Hall of Fame.
You lose your starting wide receiver starting tight end and your quarterback on the offensive line you're starting center. I don't remember him losing all of those games. I think we competed in every single game until Cooper came. You make it sound like he went 0. / 6

1st quarter 2nd quarter 3rd quarter how many times should I slammed Prescott screaming at the TV. When he makes me eat my words in the fourth quarter when the game is on the line. That's what I trust in him most and that's what counts

College is the new NFL training camp. The salary cap dictates this how many quarterbacks were thrown into the fire like Prescott and they're already out of the league. And some had more Talent. It's about your progression your growth. He has all the tools it takes to be great. The confidence he's gained is priceless. I trust in this Young quarterback. You should have even started one game yet. And look what he's doing to the league in the last 3 Seasons. Took the youngest starting team in the league to the second round of the playoffs. Third youngest overall. Imagine when they learn experience

I think we had 100 more passing plays than running plays. That's like eight more passes per game. There's a reason why we will keeping the running game Run the clock mentality. They didn't want to expose this young defense her they didn't want to leave them on the field that long. When Prescott needed to score quickly that's exactly what he does. Look at the entire picture.

If Dak played for another team and had the same win/lose record and same stats and same 4th quarter comebacks, same everything. Made the playoffs 2 out of 3 years and won the division. I wonder how would people here view him. People saying that he has to have total talent around him but then kind of cut the team down like they aren’t that great.

Yes and no. Eli doesn't. Flacco doesn't.

All QB's need talent around them. I hear this crapp about Brady doing it w/ nothing, and yet he has the best TE and slot WR in the game, not to mention what is prolly the best OL in the game. Every Qb needs the weapons around him that suit his skillset, no exceptions. No QB is going to elevate a crapp to diamonds.

The same ones screaming how horrible he is would be lamenting not drafting him and crying how we should trade for him. Seen it many times.

Yep. And I am not targeting any poster at all. It’s just funny that I know if he played on anther team and had this success that they would be mad we didn’t have him. Or if we drafted and traded him then this board would have been melted down. Then they question the talent we have around him. Lol.

If I was the GM. Be blessed I'm not LOL I would draft a quarterback every single season in the late rounds. You just never know what you're going to get. I would have a revolving door like Jimmy.
