I think it was odd to add 1 team....31 teams makes no sense. We need 1 more team or take away one that is really struggling.

I think if they added one, the Seattle folks would support it.....maybe another team in Canada.

Well, as a Penguins fan, I would be more than happy to let the Stars drive that Zamboni, as they can't run over anyone on the ice......they suck that bad.

Seriously, we need a nice series, Fonz, not some 4 game sweep.

Hearing that Nash is contemplating sitting Rinne for game three. Crazy.

sure they have key injuries but i think lack of experience and the long time rest hurt them . Now they are in a panic state of mind which is not good for inexperienced team.

I call BS......ask any athlete, and they take rest every time. Pittsburgh was lazy on offense in game 1, only having 10 shots, but converted on half of them. In game 2, the Preds could not get the puck past Murray, while Rinne was basically an empty net. Also, Pittsburgh has been dealing with injuries as well.

IMO, the big issue in this series is the fact that the Pens are a wide open, deep, very skilled offensive juggernaut. They were by far the best offensive team in the NHL this season. The Pens were 2nd in the best division in the league. All 5 teams had over 100 pts. They are the defending Champs, and are far more battle tested than Nashville. The Kittens are a nice Cinderella story, but it's almost midnight, and the ball is almost over......unfortunately for Nashville there will not be a happy ending.

Shark fans know this all to well, after having a 3-0 lead on us in 2014. Then we had a back and forth with ANA, then Chicago went up on us 3-2.

We won the Cup.

It most certainly is a must-win! As was tonight! Rinne looked composed and poised.

Btw, subban is a little punk. I guess the way I feel about him is the way others feel about kunitz.

btw, I am not all that impressed with the Nashville D. I feel that Ottawa was a much more formidable D. I guess the offenses in the West are not as good as the ones in the East. The Pens by far had the best offense in the NHL, so I wasn't as worried about Nashville.

After the early goal by JG, it felt like the Pens took the Preds for granted. They didn't play with the same defensive intensity. On offense, they had their chances, but Rinne decided to play like a NHL goalie in game 3. He was a wall in front of the net.
