But those two games are kind of important, right.
Harbaugh needs to win a NC to really show he is all that.
He seems to have found his stride in a way he never did anywhere else; so its very possible he gets Michigan over the topAgreed.
i can some what understand losing to stanford. As regards the Irish....
Frankly stunned we were able to dominate Clemson (who is overrated no doubt) like we did.
** is a bit of a puzzle. Irish looked HORRIBLE vs Stanford and Marshall, two lousy teams. But against quality teams NC, SYRACUSE and now CLEMSON its like Jekyl and Hyde
Alabama losing again is sweet; but clearly this is a below average Saban alabama team. still like seeing them lose though.
note I posted this and using Freemans initials got asterisked. I have to laugh at the so called profanity buffers
our special teams have never been this good since Holtz. which is a huge factor in a lot of games.i can some what understand losing to stanford.
its a rival.
the hate is genuine.
but i'll never understand how the hell we lost to marshall...at home.
freeman has done a helluva job rallyin' the troops.
his recruiting class by all accounts is gonna be a good'n.
but for me...
it's our special teams.
wow.
and our running game.
i agree about stanford.our special teams have never been this good since Holtz. which is a huge factor in a lot of games.
Freeman seems to be growing into his job; I had serious doubts after Stanford; rival or not we should have beaten them easily and of course as you pointed out Marshall...
Estime is our generations bull; Bettis was the Bus.i agree about stanford.
but usually with rivals you can toss out the records and anything can happen.
there were some horrific calls that went against us that really flipped that game.
i'm still pissed about the fumble reversal on stanfords qb.
that ball was out before he was down.
still...we shoulda beat'm.
i think freeman is the right man for the job.
despite the 3 losses...he's bringin' a helluva recruiting class.
imagine if they were undefeated or had 1 loss.
i'm excited about the future.
cb ben mason is growin' into one helluva corner.
rb audric estime is my hero.
He seems to have found his stride in a way he never did anywhere else; so its very possible he gets Michigan over the top
OSU is weak against the run; watching what Northwestern did to them should be how Harbaugh takes them down; run the rock down their throats and then cut it with play action.I think this years Michigan team is better than last years…but the real test is Ohio state…and the game is in Ohio.
Bama would absolutely not roll TCU. Bama is heinously overrated and has played next to no one all while dropping 2 games.Coaches Poll 11/6/22
https://www.espn.com/college-football/rankings
I'll be curious to see if TCU is ahead of Tennessee in the BCS Poll. I think Georgia would beat TCU by 35 or more in Georgia.....and Bama would roll them too.
- Georgia
- Ohio St
- Michigan
- TCU
- Tennessee
- Oregon
- USC
- LSU
- Ole Miss
- UCLA
- Alabama
- Clemson
- Utah
- N Carolina
- Penn St
- NC State
- Tulane
- Texas
- Liberty
- Illinois
- UCF
- Kansas St
- Washington
- Kentucky
- Notre Dame
No offense to TCU, I'm happy for them, but I've watched every game and they are maybe a top 12 team.....imo
TCU would not crush UNC, though I agree they would beat them.Bama would absolutely not roll TCU. Bama is heinously overrated and has played next to no one all while dropping 2 games.
They have no one that can catch the ball consistently and the running game is softer than its been in a decade.
The defense keeps them in games and Bryce does enough to win many.
But its been ugly all year when they didnt play a full on bottom feeder. .
Georgia probably so.
TCU is far better than you think.
Quality players and coaches on all levels.
TCU would crush UNC(who may well win the ACC).
Tennessee vs TCU would be interesting. A game of big plays that could go either way.
TCU has a lot of speed on offense and a very sound defense.
Clemson and Bama had zero right being in the top 10.
And thus it lasted 1 week.
Just not good teams this year.
ND and LSU aren't even that good.
Hardest teams to call are Big 10 IMO.
OSU has talent but is wildly inconsistent.
Michigan has played the worst P5 schedule you can imagine.
Oregon may well be a to 4 team and just need to win out to make it so.
Right now I'd predict
1. Georgia
2. OSU
3. TCU
4. 1 loss Oregon/USC/UCLA
---
5. Tenn
6. Clemson/UNC winner
TCU would not crush UNC, though I agree they would beat them.
Since nobody mentioned UNC, I assume you mentioned them to take a jab...lol
Also, I think (but who knows?) Clemson would beat TCU on a neutral field in a tight game.
So....Agree to disagree
FWIW, I would like to see TCU win the national championship more than any team in the top 10
Sorry that I want TCU to win it more than the rest.Lol man your bias is showing zip up your pants
Sorry that I want TCU to win it more than the rest.
And I said they would beat my homer team, UNC....so not sure why you feel the need to get personal. I thought that was historically jterrell's territory, not yours.
I live in the Dallas area and my daughter goes to a Big 12 school. You guys (Terrell more than you , but still...) can be over-the-top protective.
I admitted its just an opinion, which is what grown-ups know to be true.
I dislike TCU. They are a rival and play in glorified High School facilities with "fake cowboy" surroundings. They are like Lubbock but make it hipster.TCU would not crush UNC, though I agree they would beat them.

He got bullied into staff changes which have been for the better.2 years ago Harbaugh and michigan almost parted ways…since then he’s only lost 2 games. Lol
