Clippers are so poorly ran. They will be lucky to get a player of his caliber in 2027.
Then they wouldn't have gotten Flagg.Imagine how great the Mavs could be with Flagg if they didn’t give away a top 3 player in Luka.
Nooooo, Giannis can't stay on the court.Well in fairness we were told the superstar was out of shape and couldn’t play defense. That ain’t Giannis who’s also a NbA champion but at the same rime this is the compensation I would’ve loved to have gotten for Luka. Seems like a over trade to me.
How so?Then they wouldn't have gotten Flagg.
If Nico doesn't trade Luka then the Mavs aren't a lottery team and never get Flagg. Flagg to the Mavs never happens without the worst trade in NBA history. How so?
This is incorrect. If Nico doesn't trade Luka then the Mavs aren't a lottery team and never get Flagg. Flagg to the Mavs never happens without the worst trade in NBA history.
It’s tough to say though. Mavs were 6-3. There’s an argument to be made if they picked better or worse they don’t get Flagg. Let’s remember the Mavs did a coin toss when the the Bulls. That toss doesn’t happen with a win or lossThis is incorrect.
They could’ve still traded Luka for adequate compensation, including a young prospect and a boatload of first round draft picks, and they still would’ve been a lottery team.
In your what if scenario, If the adequate compensation (player/players that matched Luka's salary) immedietly went down with a season ending injury/injuries the mavs still trade away Quentin Grimes shortly after trading Luka and Kyrie still tears his ACL by trying to do everthing, sure, why not. This is incorrect.
