I'm going to pay more attention to Cowboy away games because honestly other than a recent Cardinal game I do not remember Cowboy fan "taking over" an opponent's stadium.

Last I can recall was in KC 5 years ago in the Miles Austin breakout game. I was there and can tell you that crowd was 40-50% Cowboys.

We all understand Cowboy fans turn out pretty much anywhere they play. The best example of this, to me, was in Tempe when the Cardinals played at Sun Devil Stadium and about two-thirds of the place was decked out in blue. Of course, this was in the early to mid 1990s. That thing we saw in Arlington reminded me a lot of that.

If SF fans take over the place like that, imagine the atmosphere in the Stadium when the Saints come to town.

When we visit Washington for Cowboys games, Cowboys fans are everywhere.

Cowboys fans chanting and taking over the place, so to be fair, we do it also!

The stadium sells out each and every week. That's all JJ cares about. It doesn't matter if the fans are Cowboys fans or fans of the visiting team.

They can have all of that. I want to win Super Bowls. Squidward ain't winning Super Bowls for them. They should have kept Alex Smith.

Would rather have Kaep. The only similarities between both teams are that neither have won a SB the last 20 years. Other than that, the success of both teams couldn't be more different.

The Cowboys are called America's Team because of the way our fanbase takes over opposing stadiums.

Not the case at home.

Romo (for some reason) checked out of the run play at the goal line, but the offensive line couldn't hear him because of the noise from the Niners fans. They run blocked instead of protected, which led to a sack. Think about that.

I could understand the stadium being covered in red if this was the 9th game and the cowboys are 1-7 going in. The fact that this is the OPENING game of season, the one game everyone should have hope and Dallas can't get fans to show up is disgusting. Oh well, Jerry is still cashing in.

HONESTLY...would you put money out for this slop?? And as a lot of people have stated...if you got roped into season tickets, would someone want to waste there time. Hard for me to say,,,i didnt fork over thousands of dollars for tickets. What has changed over the years that wants to make people coming back.

Sorry but, I'll never pay the outrageous prices for Jerry world either. Jerry has so much money, he forgot what it was like to be an average Joe, sitting at a bar watching the game.

Homefield advantage does matter in today's NFL as well. There was an OP today, that pointed to the need for Jerry to do an analysis of market access and team support. Doing it strictly on principal of managing a corporation, even makes sense. It is smart business to address that problem directly, and remove the abuse of stadium from the picture. A little study and a new approach would probably solve that aspect.
