Funny how Jerry says he "hardly noticed." But after thinking about it I believe him. You know why? Because he could card less about WHO is filling those seats as along as they are FILLED...... I think Cowboy Fans should start a boycott with signs that say "Either Jerry goes as GM or we go as TICKET HOLDERS." Now THAT would get his attention because it would cost him MONEY.

I don't see the big deal. Jim Rome's fill in was asking Peter King about, I have seen multiple stories about it etc. No one comments when we take over stadiums.

I've seen the boys play in NY, Washington, Home and Charlotte. Never have I seen that many Cowboys fans in opposing stadiums.
The home game was against NY and the airport was full of NY fans going to the game so it isn't just transplants either.

I was at a game in Seattle in 2001 and it was like that for us, same in 2004, 2005 and 2012. It isn't as visible as the Seahawks also wear blue (and the 2012 game was the Seahawk home opener as well.

San Diego is like that, old games in Houston like that, San Francisco, Miami and Jacksonville.

I saw the amount of red the second Fox turned over to the game. I was shocked but ultimately, it is meaningless.

Now this should be on a billboard right out side Jurrahs office. That's sickening.

I've never seen a stadium taken over like that.

There is a few Cowboy fans sprinkled in the sea of 9er fans.

Jerry has just turned us into a complete side show. It's like we're not even part of the NFL anymore. We're just a sideshow that doesn't have winning as the #1 priority.

The problem is red, blue or pink jerseys is nothing but cash to Jerry. All he sees is butts in seats.

$100+ for cheap seats is asking a lot for the product we've been putting on the field for the last few years. Flame me if you like, but it is just expensive and hard to truly get excited about this team right now. You also can't ignore the large number of transplants in DFW. People also still get excited about playing the Cowboys and travelling to visit the stadium, take the tour, etc.

Is there even a waiting list in Dallas for tickets?

I always thought that was someplace you could get tickets anytime for any game. Mainly because the size of the stadium.

The Cowboys are called America's Team because of the way our fanbase takes over opposing stadiums.

Not the case at home.

Romo (for some reason) checked out of the run play at the goal line, but the offensive line couldn't hear him because of the noise from the Niners fans. They run blocked instead of protected, which led to a sack. Think about that.

It is the case when we are good .

The 49ers fanbase plans this. They planned a "takeover" in Charlotte last year, and the 49ers owner even attended the "takeover tailgate". The 49ers mascot went to the tailgate against us yesterday.

Heard this morning on a local (Dallas) radio station that for a family of 4 it costs $630 to see a Cowboys home game. That's the most expensive amount in the NFL. A single seat costs $110. That's also the most expensive in the NFL. Would you pay that price to see the product that was on the field yesterday? I sure wouldn't.

These particular threads always makes me laugh. It's like watching the news the day after Thanksgiving. Just change the dates, run some footage of full shopping mall parking lots and people camping in tents outside store XYZ to get the "Mega-deal", and it's the saaaaaaaame tired thing, year end, year out!

Jerry must be color blind as well as delusional. His answers are just getting crazier and crazier.

The common local fan in general has been watered down tremendously and you see it all over the place now. People just want to cheer for the fun trending team...the loyalty isn't the same anymore. Perfect example was a moron behind me...5'4" looked and talked like he was in his low 20's and was covered in Niner gear that looked like it was just purchased. It still had the creases in it because they had not been washed. Wore those stupid *** receiver gloves (what's the purpose of that by the way?) and kept putting his hands together and saying moronic things.

I asked him how long he's been a Niners fan and he said 'since a child yo!". I asked him when the Niners last Superbowl was and with a straight face said 2001 or something. A real Niners fan, older polite gentlemen shook his head and said to me last year he was probably a Broncos fan.

I just laughed.
