Am I the only one who wants DMC on this team? You can't have too many rb's........a couple will get banged up at some point.

I don't want Zeke being forced to do too much in his first season, especially the first 8 games or so. Let him ease into it.........

Nope, it looks like there is 3 others that apparently want him on this team.

Zeke will not be ready to carry the load all season. His legs will tire. We will need 3 rb's

He didn't start because he held out ALL of training camp and missed the whole preseason.....EE is already signed sealed and delivered......nice try......he still played in Game One, started Game 2 and never looked back

Let's hope our rookie has similar success. If he starts game 1, I wish him all the best.

I'm entitled to my opinion until he proves me wrong. It's not a lie just because you disagree.

Yep, and it will be just another thing you are proven wrong about. I think you are the ONLY person on the planet that thinks McFadden would be a better RB than Zeke Elliott. Im not sure I have heard anything so ridiculous. But no doubt I will enjoy riding you all season long and and beyond as Zeke goes absolutely bonkers on NFL defenses.

I am a Cowboys fan first and foremost. When Elliott starts a game, I will be cheering him on like everyone else here.

Again, it was made clear that Zeke wouldn't get the job outright....... I don't have to find the media clippings of that idiotic approach. They're out there.

Thats said, training camp reps would have probably equated to 60/40 or 70/30 in favor of Zeke. NOW it is going to be 90/10 and those extra reps in TC will make a world of difference....
No you are not, those people who want DMac off the team are being short sighted.

NO, they just know talent when they see it. And they know a pretender when they see it. Both MOrris and Zeke are better RB's. McFadden really isnt needed, but why not keep him around for depth? He is cheap enough.

Great, but that has nothing to do with the fact that you think McFadden is a better RB then Elliott. Or that you have to see it first to believe it.

Oh trust me. I am all about show me. But McFadden has a 9 year history in the NFL. He has shown us exactly what he is for 9 years. He his is a limited, man blocking scheme only, one cut, lost a step, injury prone RB. I do like his all around skill set, but that is about it.

McFadden's time in Oakland was mismanaged and misspent. He had a great year with Dallas and I expect even more from him this season. The rookie will have to earn the starting job, McFadden isn't going to just give it to him. It makes everyone better this way.

Yah whatever you say. Your analysis isnt even worth responding to. Its quite clear you dont know much about McFadden or any of the other backs that are on our roster. Looks like the Rookie has already earned the starting job.

1. Everyone can tell he is better already (except you)

2. McChicken already got injured again

McFadden was 3rd stringer before the injury......2m is insane for a RB3 that won't even dress.....he probably wouldn't net us a comp pick in 2018, we were his only suitors last year....30 yr RBs have very little value in the NFL

Wow, congrats on every point of your post being wrong...impressive

When you can't counter the post you counter the poster. That's tantamount to conceding the argument. The starting line up for week 1 has not been named yet and you are not the spokesperson for "everyone". If McFadden is not the starter week 1 it will be because of injury, not because the rookie or anyone else was better for the job.

I have followed the careers of McFadden and Morris since they have been in the league. You clearly have not. Im not going to do the research for you. If you laughably like to think that McFadden is going to be our starting RB this year then Ill just wait and laugh when the time comes. No need to argue about it now.

Clearly research isnt your strong suit. Although analysis clearly isnt either. But this was a article from a day or two ago with the coaches already declaring Elliott the starting RB. So it looks like we dont even have to wait until the first game. I can laugh in your face right now.

Amazing how you think the ONLY way to know a player well from another team is to be a fan of that team. Nope, you just have to be an educated, knowledgeable football fanatic. Playing Fantasy football for the last 20 years definitely helps. There has also been many articles written with analysis about McFadden and his time in Oakland. And how bad his performance truly was.
