**Aaron Hernandez charged with murder/released by Pats** - Update post #247

Its won't be long before 1 of the 3 men start to crack under pressure.

Tick Tock.

Putting on my CSI internet suit, I believe Aaron and his buddies were taking part in a drug deal ,victim messed it up somehow and BAM.

They may as well have done it in the back yard and left a note on the body.

A big neon sign with "dig here" on it pointing to the sight.

I think the majority of people really have no clue on how to cover their tracks after committing a major felony especially killing someone. Why would we? It is not something most of us aspire to doing. There are pros out there with knowledge about these things. The average person doesn't and should be expected to know what to do. Mistakes will be made and it will look humorous when looked at from the outside perspective, but we all would probably make the same errors if found in similar circumstances. If not worse and more comedic.

When I first heard this story, I thought there could be no way Hernandez is involved because he can't be that stupid.

The rental car is in his name. Smashed phone and security equipment? What in the World has he done?

Where is Sam Hurd in all of this?

I know I made a lighhearted quip but, in all honesty, I hope against all appearances that he is not involved. Not only for his sake, but because I find the gleeful response of the public whenever a celebrity gets involved in these kinds of affairs to be extremely distasteful. I know that's an extremely unlikely scenario at this point, though.

Who wants to set the over/under on the time he's arrested. 8 pm est?

I think it's a drug deal as well if the reports are true that it was an execution style murder.

And the reports are that he deliberately destroyed all of his home surveillance and when he had his attorney give his cell phone over to the cops, it was in pieces. He also had a cleaning crew come over and clean the entire house.

If that's not uncooperative, I don't know what is.

He will say they are only here to talk about the players that are here, ask if anyone has questions about the players that are here, and if not end any sort of interview. That's why he's the best with the media.

Eric Edholm ‏@Eric_Edholm 11m One verdict I can arrive at without supposition: Aaron Hernandez doesn't appear to be a man of great intelligence.

RT @PhinsDaniel Lol RT @Paulie_Bruz Oh so Aaron Hernandez destroyed the surveillance tapes? Where have I heard this before #ThePatriotWay

Sounds like Aaron Hernandez shot a guy in the face, that guy was willing to keep quiet for money, and Hernandez refused to pay. Dumb.

All the people saying he's stupid for destroying his stuff before he gave it to the cops are fools. What makes more sense, giving the cops evidence against you, or destroying it before they can get it? It doesn't matter if everyone knows your guilty as long as they can't prove it.

I haven't followed the story close but maybe the dead guy was gonna flip on Hernandez in the civil suit against him where he hit the guy in the eye.

Something tells you that the phone and video will resurface as viable evidence. Just because they were broken doesn't mean the evidence was destroyed.

That and luminol testing basically nullifies cleaning crews. And I believe there is a new test that is even better than luminol testing.

Good point..but why would he come to his house knowing that he could be off'd.
