no man actually I didn't...i was hoping it was some funny reference to him staying or going..i was disappointed in what i heard..not something to joke about imo..but it is the world we live in today...

Ok, explain this to me, you think what he did is so bad that it should not be joked about but you want him on your favorite team? It is so bad that even a snippet of a cartoon about it is not something to be joked about and you think it is a sad product of the world we live in today. Yet, you are practically frothing at the mouth to get him here. If what he did is so horrible that a cartoon about it offends you, why do you support him coming here?

Where is the logic in that? Just wondering and not trying to start an argument nor offend you. I am truly wondering because it seems strange.

To me, it makes no difference. What he did is simply one thing in a long list of why I don't want him here and not even the biggest part. I don't want him because of the cost and that is it, pretty much.

I try not let what happens outside of the sport interfere with the team I root for. I have no say in how these people live their lives. I don't support what Hardy, Rice, AD, Brent,or Randle have done in no way shape or form. It's sad the decisions these men make with the world at their fingertips. I want the Cowboys to get AD because he makes the team better. Will I go out and buy his jersery? No chance...will I support a satire of him in a cartoon wanting to beat his kid...no chance...I was one who didn't want Hardy...not just because of what happened but because his presence tarnishes the star...will I be happy when he gets a sack..yep you bet...cause it makes the team better. I have been very clear from the onset my life will not change if AD is here or not. It may seem strange but when it gets down to it if there would most likely not be much of a team left if only class A citizens were allowed to play. So I support his talent and what he brings to the table and nothing more. All I can do is hope he has turned his life around with his second chance and becomes a better man. You won't find me standing in front of a crowd trying to explain to anyone how great any of these men are. What you will find is me cheering my team on every Sunday. Outside of that; those men will have to answer to the man upstairs for their actions just as I will.

Fair enough.

I was just wondering because it is a rationalization we all seem to make. I don't want Rice here, for instance, and I tell myself that it is because he beat a woman and I can not stand that. But, I wonder if he was a great player still, if I would change my tune. I wanted Hardy here, despite the accusations, and I rationalize it that the woman was high and lied numerous times in her interviews. So it may have not happened. If video came out of Hardy beating the woman, would I change my tune and want him off the team? I hope so but it is hard to say.

Anyway, I was just wondering what your rationalization was as opposed to mine. Thank!

Hardy has been convicted of nothing. How does his presence tarnish the Star?

If Hardy shouldn't be allowed to play football, what should he be allowed to do?

REPENT ! ! He should cower before the all-knowing CZ gods whom he has displeased mightily. He should pray that they bestow mercy upon his undeserving soul. His claims of innocence only serve to stoke the flames of their wrath. The CZ gods know better. They've heard the accusations.
