Of course I did. It’s common sense he would be frustrated.
Once again...it said reported / suggested...Zeke did not say that himself. Again fans agendas taking things out of contexts and saying it is true.
That is like some article saying it is suggested / reported Dak said he sucks and is frustrated he is not any better than he is. :lmao:

I never said it was true McFly. I just said it was reported and it‘s common sense that he would be frustrated. I loved Zeke. He’s been a great Cowboy. Never injured and always came to play. Sadly, he doesn’t have it anymore. No agenda. Just reality. Sounds like you’re the one with the agenda.

McFly?
Post like this makes you have no credible posts about anything. Just immature crap as usual.

Im pushing it hard? LOL I was just responding to your statements. let me ask you a question of your 13500 posts what % of them do you believe are in defense of your 2 favoite cowboys all time? TR and Zeke. Id go out on a limb and say 70% Im really not pushing anything hard you just get defensive the moment either of them are brought up in a manner that isnt positive. The entire board knows this. which is ok I fight for players i like too. Its human nature

I dont believe our interior run blocking was near the problem as our pass protection. It wasnt as good as Phillys or KC I would say but we had 2 runners around the 100 yard mark it wasnt horrible. I fear our pass blocking will be an issue again this year if we dont get another guard early.
Well I rarely bring them up..out of the blue. Maybe you should admonish other people for not truly "letting them go". When I do make a point to speak it's not from fair criticism. I have said over and over and over...I object to zeke's holdout, the obscene contract and coming back out of shape with fumblitus. I have even admitted it was time to move on, (athough people get jacked out of shape when I say "he ain't done").

What "zeke lover" would say that?

When people say zeke can get ya 2 yards, or has no heart...I am OF COURSE going to object because they aren't true at all.

Or fat zeke or appearances. NOT football related.

"What about Dak haters" you say. I'm not his very biggest fan but I am on record as saying we CAN win with Dak. So no...I'm not a dak hater either.

I am not sure of my exact percentages...but YOU...are? Or only what you perceive it to be, more like. I assure you...unless people like you engage me with it...certainly NOT "70%".

For example you got at least two more comments HERE about it out of me just by engaging. I didn't do it...YOU did. LOL. Upping those numbers!

MM said the since he has been here, they have not had the starters for 2 games in a row the entire time. I guess he meant the projected starters of game 1.
And that with 17 games games, you now need to prepare for that.
So I guess that means they will be going for some OL in the draft. I hope.

And that does not bode well for any QB. We seen how it effected Mahomes in the SB against TB.
Oh and that also effected Zeke as well as it did Dak. You can't say it effected one and not the other. It effected Pollard as well as the passing game.
NO question about it. Oline to me is the #1 factor in a good offense.

Not True.
The article said it was reported / suggested he was frustrated....all speculation from the writer....
Report the truth.
Very nice correction there. Big diffence!

The author said "it was reported".....without any other source. Very disenegenuous to say the least.

That isn't true though. For two years we heard how Tony showcased his speed to the outside like Zeke couldn't. Why is that? Because tony HAD to go to the outside.Tony had as little succuss up the middle as Zeke. He was able to deflect the play better no doubt. But you can't do that all the time. You HAVE to run the middle...

Add to that Tony generally ran different plays to begin with. "get him in space" they said. Where he does indeed excel.

Still have to be able to grind it up the middle. And we have been pretty poor with that.

I once asked "when did you last see an offensive lineman up the field looking for someone to pancake?" As if it never happened.

Well of course it does...on occasion. Just not enough. Tony shouldn;t have to showcase his speed to the outside, instead....chew real reals UP the field.
I agree, but with the speed of NFL defenses today great running backs have to have the quickness and burst to break outside contain and gobble up yards. Look at explosive RB's like Pollard, Alvin Kamara, Saquon Barlkely, Dalvin Cook, etc.. None of them are known for being between the tackles runners, even though they are certainly capable.

Zeke used to get yards both inside and outside. His heavy workload over the years eroded a good amount of his burst. Having said that, if the market stays dry for him, I would not mind if he returned to the Cowboys at a reduced cost. Zeke still has value as a short yardage and goal line runner as well as a third down back with his ability to put blitzers on their butt.

Maybe. But it doesnt show zeke saying it, as you indicated he did.
Im sure too....hed rather be signed now for 5 or 10 mil. But so far, "frustrated" is heresay. Unless we can get that mysterious source referenced in your link.

Bear in mind zeke been dealing with injuries the last two years. If he can get rest and rehab things might be different for him. I wish him well.

The longer he goes unsigned the more I want him back here. He's a team player and won't mind a reduced role I think.
