Are we being too hard on Dak after the 49ers?

Mediocre QB play wins the game vs SF.
Yeah. That's what we saw from Purdy. But he didn't throw two picks.

It came down to mistakes. The 49ers fumbled once. The Cowboys threw two picks, one in the redzone, and Diggs dropped an INT. Dallas could have won that game. That's a really good run game the Cowboys held in check.

Honestly after his struggles in earlier games and the two ints in this one, I blame McCarthy. He should have put Rush in for a series or more to see if it could cause a change of pace.

Dak is what Dak is. Up to coaches to make sure they have the right players on the field in any given situation. Dak does not seem to come back once his day starts out badly so putting Rush in should have happened. If Rush did not turn things around you put Dak back in. You cannot be afraid to tr6 every weapon you have in a playoff and obviously McCarthy was too loyal or too whatever to realize Dak was off and not coming back that day.

They wouldn't even put Davis in for Zeke, Try Turpin more than 1 play nope they stuck to Noah Brown 10 yard curls and Zeke up the middles for 0

both of the interceptions led to 3 points each time. so that would make it 13-12. we would still lose. but assumption is that those interceptions would be replaced by positive plays.

we didn't make enough positive plays. Dak included. but we also had opportunities that we let slip through our fingers and we didn't. Diggs sucked. he dropped a sure interception that led to the TD. and he whiffed on Kittle catch in the middle by avoding to tackle him, else he doesn't make the catch. two routine simple plays. they on the other hand didn't let the interception drop through their hands. they caught it.

our run game sucked. way below average. 76 yards of rushing isn't going to cut it. on the other hand, they had almost their season average in rushing (I think about 7 yards less). that's ain't going to cut it. we had coaching blunders, like how long it took to punt before 2 minute mark. inside the 2 minute mark, knowing that they are going to run the ball and all we had to do is stop it and call a time out, they rushed for 13 yards, first down and 4 more plays. instead of 2 minutes and good field position, we ended up bad field position and less than a minute. and yes, Dak played bad, but so did the WRs. CD was the only one making plays.
the one was thrown in the red zone when we were driving … so you can say the one was actually a four point swing

Nobody should get paid 40 million dollars a year for people just to make excuses for why his team failed after he threw 2 INTs and lead the league in INTs despite missing 5 games. What planet is this.

oh, they were bad. stopped the offensive progress. but with all of that. two opportunities to step up. easy opportunities and we didn't. I am throwing everyone into the heap of bad game (well almost everyone) and Dak is at the bottom of the pile, getting crushed

Hey folks, some of the Buffalo fans are saying Josh Allen is nothing special after they lost last week. Fans be fickle. One day your a god, the next day they want you off the team.
I bet the Vikings fans have seen enough of Cousins too. It just confirms that teams are content to be in the race even though they have no chance of winning.

The ceiling isn't getting to the playoffs. It is getting to the NFCE championship game. He gets the smoke because they wrote him a check he gladly cashed.

I'm ready for the carousel. Anything is better than Dak's inconsistency.
DISAGREE

because you all keep referencing inconsistencies and mistakes. try replacing your top 10 qb who has been to the playoffs 4 of his 6 seasons where he remained healthy and b2b 12 win season with playoff berths and 2 second round appearances with many who will need time to grow which means losing and drum roll please,

WILL BE much more inconsistent. you would be ok with inconsistent LOSERS, then winners? and kill our team building chances to kill our cap right now with NT clause he cannot be cut or traded..

right, you hate dak we get oti.. its ok by that fan want a player whos having a lot of success for many that will fail or take time and have success for what, you personal pleasure. lmao,.

greats thing is those on my side of argument will get their way, dak will be our QB next season maybe even 1 after that.

so blabber on all you want, stomp your feet, its all for not.

If the Cowboys draft a QB with decent skills and half a brain, Dak would lose his starting job before the season starts.
Serious question. Let's say that the 9ers don't win the SB. Do you think Purdy goes into the offseason as the unchallenged #1? I mean his run has been epic but I think a strong FO like the 9ers have will recognize that it's not guaranteed that he's the franchise QB. I guess they will keep the door open and make him compete.

Our organization did just he opposite. Immediately convinced themselves the search was over & removed all competition.

We live in the age of Mass information and confusion . . . Everyone believes their narcissistic ideas are true . . . Because every body really believes they matter and are important . . . But in reality they are simple minded and gravitate to prepackaged simplistic reasonings to justify their view point. . . .

And then these simpletons blame anyone who disagrees with them as Haters further cementing their ignorance and limited awareness . . . But since they think so highly of themselves they become blind to their own delusion

Sad state of Affairs

Because we have psychotic delusional fan base who threw Romo under the Bus in order to justify the idiocracy of the end of 2016 season

This is the kind of delusional support that got Dak paid been hearing it for the last 7 years now

These last couple of years and the only ones who can claim victory are the Dak Fan Boys . . . Only because Jerry Paid Him . . . Winning . . . At least you are Happy

NO.
He makes $40,000,000.00 per year.
That's about $9,500.00 per passing yard in a normal regular season, assuming about 4200 yards per season.
For that kind of money fans should expect more...much more.

Your assessment about me is inaccurate.
