Yes because, aside from bad clock managment and a questionable play here and there I still support Mike, 12 win seasons aint nothing to sneeze at. I think with a better focused head in the right place all of the time QB who has the physical skills and talent to match, a couple of Big Mike's seasons in Dallas turn out much better.

Answered the same way on every poll. NO. He was not a good hire at the time and it is time to move. He was hired to do one thing, win in the playoffs. He has failed. His teams have no fight, no urgency to win and the effort they put out on Sunday was pathetic and that is 100000000% on him. He should have been fired about 30 seconds after the game.
 
I really don't see MM as the root cause of this playoff loss. I could be convinced w/ the right evidence, absolutely.

That isn't the goal. The Cowboys could have went 17-0 in each of the last 3 seasons. That isn't the goal either. It's not what he was hired to do.

Additionally he embarrassed the entire franchise (and fan base) with the way each of the last 3 seasons ended.
 
Never was a fan of him never will be,He is a YES Man that should just go back to his barn and study more analytic.

McCarcass will get you 10-12 regular season wins and probably a playoff berth - but his teams wilt in the face of the toughest competition. Not just beaten anymore - BLOWN OUT. His teams are all ‘window dressing’ and lack guts when the competition is fierce.

The whole team was unprepared. That falls on the head coach. Mike wasn't hired to be the OC.

Every Cowboys fan has the privilege to like Mike but just the fact that our resident Eagles fan likes him here speaks volumes....let that sink in

Yep hard to remember when we were less prepared really bad when Greg Olsen is telling you from the booth everything you're doing wrong worse yet he was spot on with his assessment
