I voted yes. Any and every HC and OC who has Dak as their starting QB will never reach the ultimate goal.

This is the same reason why I voted for him to stay!

Tom Landry would have been waiting tables in a restaurant if he had Dak as QB.

I could create one for the Front Office Personnel staff as a group because Jerry, despite most of us disliking him as GM, has not made those decisions by himself for years.

At the very least it would include Jerry, Stephen and Will McClay as a group.

He has completely failed at what he was hired to do.

I voted No............the Cowboys had their best chance at getting to at least the NFC championship game this year with 2 home games.....and literally blew that. I dont know how any team could be that unprepared with what was at stake....I'm surprised he is even being considered to come back.

There is just no justification for this team to play like they did,I like mm but this team needs a hard *** coach, something mm is not..we've had nothing but players coaches since wade,and the results remain the same.

How does he fail to have his team prepared to play in the postseason? That's inexcusable. DQ shares equally for failing to have his D properly prepared. The entire coaching staff didn't do their jobs in the biggest game of the year.

I’ll tell you what guys, I voted yes because this guy is hamstrung. He can’t go out and get who he wants. Had to start here with Kellen M as OC and I don’t think has any say who is his QB. If he could hire his own people I think we would be getting ready for next week instead of packing lockers

This one I've changed votes on. No excuse for not having the Cowboys prepared for a playoff game especially at home.

......It's been a staple since he's been here.....the bigger the game...the smaller this team plays. Slow starts...the penalties that never get cleaned up. The poor game plans.

The writing is on the wall. McCarthy isn't the answer. He backstabbed his way to offensive coordinator....and what did that get you? In the biggest game of the year....you are down 27-0....with no answers. That's the bottom line.
