No, MM cannot seem to have his teams prepared for big games and he continues to produce undisciplined teams year after year. Sure, three 12 win seasons in a row is impressive but crapping the bed in the post season is depressing. I don't see MM being able to take this team further than this and that is not good enough.

The level of which the Cowboys got outcoached last Sunday should give everyone reason for concern.

Add it to his playoff history in Dallas and :thumbdown:
 
Fat Mike was not hired to win division titles, we were doing that with Clappy.

Fat Mike was hired to do what Clappy never could do, advance the team in the playoffs.

He has failed.

Fire his arse.
 
This one was tough. There were mistakes, but three 12-5 seasons is nothing to sniff at. I truly believe that having a boss that micromanages and “holds your hand” is detrimental to any job, especially the HC of our Dallas Cowboys. For that reason I say yes and pray that Jerry FINALLY learns a lesson…
There will be no championship without a culture change. Period.
 
Whatever coaching changes occur, lower your bar of expectation because it will NOT be an instant success.
 
Was happy (very) when he first signed and I think he was an improvement over the clapper.. but he isn't going to cut it. The reasons for me are his inability to manage the clock, the inability to fix our penalty issues.. the inability to have the team 'ready' in big games (we have heard that excuse before)..

And the fact that he got outcoached against GB.. no hiding from it.. he got a bath. I will acknowledge he was a great coach.. he has a SB and deserves credit but he hasn't been able to do the job. He lied to get the gig and nothing much has changed.

Time for a fresh start (and yes I've voted no consistently before the disaster)
 
I laughed at the coach and the team, i knew just like a great deal if you buy a lemon you get a lemon

Great draft pick on taking Mazi Smith in the first round to stop the run! It would have been dumb to trade out or sign another veteran run stopper. Maybe we could bring back Taco! HA

Additionally he embarrassed the entire franchise (and fan base) with the way each of the last 3 seasons ended.

Ok let me see if I understand you correctly, Keep firing really good coaches who's team lead the league in scorring, was 3rd in the league in passing and recieving and won 12 games including winning the NFCE until you get to your goal 17-0 or win the Super Bowl. Now that's embarrassing.:facepalm:
You should be asking what happened to our defense and how we went from one of the best in the league to a 9th place overall finish.
 
Ironically the HC, play caller and QB are on the same boat, and face same storm.

They will have great Win numbers in regular season, ..put up great No.1 offense stats.. but come time
when it's flat out " Do or Die " stakes on the line. They are gonna come up empty and we'll be sent home.

And much more easier to replace the HC than a MVP-like regular season starting QB.

Measure HC McCarthy's pluses vs minuses and what do we have ..?
