Dak clearly spends way too much time in front of the mirror than on the practice field..
No way he spent time in front of a mirror and walked out of the house in that.

yeah, yeah...if we got a mobile QB I bet we score more than 9 points with a field goal kicker who has a range from Mars. 9 points in today's NFL...with that kicker...is beyond pathetic. Dak is the problem.

You think a mobile QB somehow overcomes bad blocking and receivers that can’t get open?

Ok, whatever you say. Your football IQ has been noted.

LOL...that's exactly what a mobile QB does. You must be joking.

You know what? A wise man once said nothing at all. I'll let others respond to you.

He has to say to himself, i'm the highest paid player on this team, I'm the leader of this team. I don't need to talk about what needs to get done, or becoming better every week, I need to step up my play. I've been in the league far too long, the Jones family has been great to me and have given me and my family generational wealth. It's time for him to find something deep inside of him and say, I'm going to pay them back for what they've done for me!!!! Please give your thoughts on this!
I think you're dreaming. Or. as Jerry likes to say... "I think you're smoking something."

Dak has had his payday. He can play out the "I gotta do better role" longer than you think.

Did you play defense? Bc it seems you need a lesson on how much further a defense has to run and energy required to play on that side of the ball.
There were times in my life when I played both ways, corner, safety, RB and WR. Even in those games I was never tired before halftime. Now I was a teenager then so frankly I wasn't tired by the end of the game either but that's beside the point. I know it takes more energy to play defense. At least it does when you hustle and play to the whistle. Now if you just jog around out there and make no effort to get in on the tackle it can get quite leisurely. But run further? Naw dawg.. On run plays most corners jog towards the ballcarrier hoping that somebody else gets him and if the play is run right at them they hardly have to do any running at all unless it's to get away from the pulling linemen. Backside d-linemen not named Demarcus Lawrence see the play going away from them and stand there holding hands with the offensive line. On pass plays corners have a 5-10 yard "head start" (cushion) so they don't run as far on the deep ball as receiver and in zone or short throws they only have to take 4-5 steps until the ball is thrown. Safeties are 12-15 yards back on pass plays so they don't either unless it's a deep ball. And even then if they start in the middle of the field the most they have to run is15-20 yards to get to where the receiver ran to.. That same receiver just ran 30-40 yards to get deep. Linebackers might be the ones who have the most work to do on defense because they have to chase running plays sideline to sideline and they have to cover sideline to sideline and the intermediate routes in pass defense.

No, a mobile QB doesn’t exist to overcome bad blocking and receivers that can’t get open. They exist to add a different dimension to an offense. You don’t understand football.

Seems a shame that Dak started out his career with such a great attitude, but gradually became a greedy, self-promoting jerk, instead.
Just a normal person. I don’t know too many people that aren’t self-centered. Strange world we living in. The older I get the more it seems to be too too many people.

He’s had some good games this season, but it’s pretty hard for any QB when the team around them isn’t any good. We’ve had practically no running game all season. Not only did we have no running game last week, but we’re having OL issues. Not to mention our defense looked like absolute garbage! Dak is doing the best he can with what he has around him. We’re lucky to be 3-3 as bad as this team is. We got destroyed by a Saints team in week 2 that hasn’t won a game since they beat us. They would probably destroy us again. The biggest problem with Dak right now is the turnovers. He appears to be pressing. Him and CeeDee have had issues getting on the same page and he’s forcing throws.
People don’t wanna look at the big picture. People are angry for some reason. But I totally agree with you.

Archaic scheme that has been tailored to Dak’s archaic skill set.. everybody knows he’s an early progression QB, which is why MM has him bailing pocket after his early reads weren’t there. He also can’t do a traditional 3-5-7 step drop back from center either.
I wish it was tailored to his skill set. I don’t know what kind of scheme this team is running. The entire thing needs to be melted down in my opinion, coaching coaching owner owner GM GM. I think you can do the traditional step back. I don’t think they let him. I think it’s first read panic. Lol.

Not everyone is self-centered and greedy. One doesn't automatically include the other. Some are normal and reasonably generous. Some aren't.

In the area of pro football QBs, it takes a special one who's willing to keep his pay down to make it easy for the team to find success. Temptation is especially there with the Cowboys, since they're not smart in negotiating contracts. In that regard, it's quite easy for Dak to be tempted.

Add in the fact this FO doesnt use FA...where would the money go? If Jerry asked you to take a paycut and said "Ill spend it on FA's this time I swear!" would you believe him?

Stop making strawman and red herrings please. You're dead wrong. The advantage a running QB has over a pocket passer is precisely the case you stated above. You would think that time and sobriety would make you either avoid this post or give the proper mea culpa. Instead you double down on wrong.

A lot of that going around these days. Parlor tricks and cheap theatricality only work on people who need "confidence"...con-man tactics - dis without showing any expertise yourself - is all you got.

I'll take your insults...but you wake up and you're still YOU...so...

:)
