Mustve had a poor GMI love how you use a 45-year-old Tom Brady in his last season to make a point. Anyone who watched that season knew Tom was done physically and was mentally halfway out the door with his business decisions. He was a shell of who he was and should have retired a year earlier. Living here in Tampa I can tell you it was pretty much all the local sports reporters were talking about all year. Many thought the team would have done better with a decent Free Agent QB. By the way, that team still made the playoffs and has made it both seasons after he left.
Not saying Bill is not a great coach, but what kind of complete teams did he assemble his last 4 seasons in New England (especially while spending a still NFL record $163 million on free agents in 2021)? Given that he will not have that luxury here, I will wait for an answer to that question.
He would shut down the country club environment in a second . The players would soon find out what hard work is all about .Go get him.
If you want to be serious about winning this is your guy.
The standard changes the second he walks in.
LOL yeah what a bum !Really, outside of 8 Superbowls, what can he(BB) really point to of his accomplishments?
Exactly. Only risk is he dates too many cheerleaders and their team chemistry and performance suffers.Go get him.

apparently, if you believe the interwebs, primetime has also changed his mind in some way, and he's holding off on signing his new deal, and he still says he would be very interested if offered the job..HMMMBill Belichick. UNSIGNED!
Dallas Cowboys. HEAD COACHLESS!
Jerry Jones. COACH PENNY PINCHER MULTI-BILLIONAIRE!
What will happen next? STAY TUNED!
I would support any coach that has the stones to shut down the country club atmosphereHe would shut down the country club environment in a second . The players would soon find out what hard work is all about .
I appreciate the answer as my post did ask for it. Aside from what I feel about the main reason for their success, his age precludes him. We need to move on to something fresher. No more retreads so no to Norv Turners of the coaching world. He assembled THREE COMPLETE TEAMS around Brady. What did Brady do his last year with the Bucs? NOTHING.
No matter who the QB is, he has to have a complete team around him and a high grade coach.
Well I will give ya that. Maybe I am a tad hard on him but his age to me say absolutely no by itself so…. I will be consistent and say that I don’t want any old/retreads really. How many super bowls did Landry win without Roger?
Jimmy without Troy?
I know people try to dunk on BB for what happened after Brady but the dude did win 6 super bowls as head coach and 2 as a DC.
Can he do it again, doubt it. Will he get younger, no. Time to move onReally, outside of 8 Superbowls, what can he really point to of his accomplishments?
Slight exaggerationThat's a bit ridiculous.
Understand that, but Tom Brady was better than just “quality qb play”Honestly how many head coaches have had sustained success without quality QB play?
right and they were together for 20 years lol.Honestly how many head coaches have had sustained success without quality QB play?
People really need to let this SB week myth go. It's entirely fabricated.Jerry isn't going to make any announcement until SB week - likely will announce right as the SB starts.
