Bledsoe or McNabb?

OK, I have searched for the better part of an hour and I can not find any article of note to support my statement. As a result, I will retract it.

It pains me to do so because I know my statement is factual. Having said that, you can only stand by what you can prove.

I can not prove my statement.

Now, tell me, how can anybody on this board prove to me that Bledsoe is the superior leader you make him out to be? How can anybody look at the situation and say that his leadership skills trump McNabb's ability and what he can do? How can anybody compare each players accomplishements in the here and now and say that Bledsoe is a better QB? If indeed he is and all these other teams share in this opinion, please provide info supporting your opinion. Links would be nice.

What specifics are you looking for?

Nice job "screwing the pooch" on your "facts" by the way....

You want someone to prove to you that Bledsoe is better using only parameters set by you - an unwinnable case.

The contention by posters was McNabb lacks leadership - proven in his lack of standing up for himself and in his numerous failures to deal with adversity.

You made similar claims against Bledsoe's leadership abilities yet couldn't show the proof to back up your claims.

I would guess that no team would take Bledsoe over McNabb but if that is not correct, why not?

The claim that Bledsoe is superior must be able to be proven. Surely you have some supporting documentation. Is it statistical? Does he have a better won lost record? Has he proven it by taking his team to the playoffs? How do you support that claim.

I am not setting anything. I am simply asking you to do what you asked me to do. If you can prove it, do so and support it. If you can't, admit it.

In short, any specifics will do. Just be sure you provide the links. I know what sticlers this board can be on things like that.

I do not like McNabb and I do not respect him. However, I would like to think that we, as a board, are sophisticated enough to avoid the trappings of complete homerisam simply because we are Cowboy fans.

Nothing gauls me more then to go onto an opposing teams board and read tripe like you see at ES.

McNabb is a better QB. I'm sorry, that's just how it is IMO.

Depends, your talking about 1 year of for 5, as much as i hate to say it, Mcnabb, is younger so can play for some years, where as bledsoe is good now, but probalby will begin to fall apart after this year, or next

1-2 year: Bledsoe

4+ years : Mcnabb

Agree with this post 110%. I truly believe Bledsoe is the better QB and makes better decisions, but he is much older so I'd rather have McNabb for the long term, but Bledsoe over the short term.
