Bledsoe or Quincy?

I have a feelin other team's board have to be loving that we're questioning whether Bledsoe is better than Quincy. Talk about embarrassing.

No kidding...and their(sp) probably eagle fans...cause they WON!!!!!!!!!!

The RedStink fans are still trying to figure out what the hell happened, and why St. Gibbs is always spitting on camera...(he spits all the time...little rat faced man...watch it)? And, the Giants bore me...

Maybe the real question should be.... Who would you rather see playing for an opposing team? QC or Bledsoe.

I would much rather our defense play against a guy that couldn't run away from a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off and is about as decisive as a red shirt freshman.

He was treated that way from day 1, no one knew how he would turn out, but the decisions were made about him before he made his first throw.

From day 1 Bledsoe had detractors here too.

Bledsoe. I liked parts of Quincy's game, but I want no part of a quarterback you have to worry about being suspended for drug use. And like it or not, that's a part of Quincy that we can't just leave out of the equation.

I find it quite comical how you and others ASSUME that "certain players" don't or could ever have a drug problem.

What makes you think Bledsoe is not a pothead or crack head?

If you are relying on his status in the comunity or his behavior or personality, then you are totallly wrong.

I worked with drug offenders several years ago and let me tell you...ANYONE can be a drug addict...even those who look and act like they are not.

You really need to get out more.

Carter got bashed for the same things Bledsoe is getting excuses for.....

Bellichek stated in not so plain terms that Drew had all the talent but wasnt smart enough to be successfull.

We heard.....we critized..... Carter for his lack of smarts...how the field was cut in half to make his reads easier.......and now there were reports that the same thing is needed for Bledsoe....go figure...but we still make excuses.

lets see...

Drew has a strong arm....but cant anticipate a route if his life depended on it...look at game tapes.....the man is already out of his cuts and waiting for Drew....always...

Drew locks on receivers and rarely goes to the 2nd or 3rd options....when its check down time.....its usually at the recievers feet or high

Drew has no pocket presence..........and no mobilty....and does hold on to the ball to long on occasions.

Drew makes rookie mistakes....and isnt a bus driver and cant manage the clock.....and did I say he is a vet

Now we hear....if he doesnt start.....he will retire.....hmmmm.......


I dont know.....if QC performed like Drew has in the last 10-14 games....he would of been roasted....by the media and the majority of fans on this forum.

The facts are he did more with less. Bottom line! Bledsoe is managing to screw it up with more talent than any team in the league. At least in our division. Go ahead to follow the Mickey bandwagoners and Q-haters like the blog says, he still is the last qb to take us to the playoffs. And he didnt have nearly the talent around him that Bledsoe has. And Q got wayyyy more stones thrown at him! The facts !

If the defense had performed in 2004 like it did in 2003 we probably would have made the playoffs that year also. Its a simple case of math, from 2003 to 2004 the defense gave up 10 points more a game while the offense created the same number of points.

Quincy was the QB of a team that made it to the playoffs, i wouldn't say he "took us" there. Just like I wouldn't say Dilfer took the Ravens to the playoffs, he just happened to be along for the ride.

When can we please stop arguing about a below league average QB that hasn't been on the team in 3 years or in the NFL for 2 years. Yes, Quincy had some potential and he had some really big problems. Probably the worst thing that ever happened to Quincy was Tony Banks getting cut, as it helped inflate that boy's ego, or at least it seemed.

If you are IMPLYING that I think Bledsoe or anybody else has a drug addiction problem, you are wrong.

You don't know - I don't know - dale don't know, etc.

But to assume Bledsoe or anyone else could NOT be drug addicts is the ultimate in naivety. I am just surprised that someone like yourself and dale, both of whom I consider to possess a high degree of intelligence, would go that route.
