Top Gun - never got the hype of it. I have seen bits and pieces but never the whole thing. Eagle and Maverick and Hawkeye and cats climbing on trees and ish. WHo cares

Harry Potter series - saw the first movie and fell asleep halfway through it. BOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG

Edit - I didn't see that some post the exact same thing about Potter. LOL.

DAMN, after reading through this thread so far I feel like the biggest nerd/geek in history. I love LOTR, Star Trek, Star Wars, Indiana Jones and Harry Potter.:

Haven't seen the second National Treasure movie. I really enjoyed the first one though, so I'm sure I'll get around to watching the second one sooner or later.

It was terrible; not nearly as enjoyable as the original.

I watch way too many movies. I've seen every one listed in this thread so far.

I guess one I haven't seen is the 2nd "new" Bond movie.

While I don't think it's as good as the original I still thought it was pretty fun.

I honestly can't think of a blockbuster from the last 20 years or so that I haven't seen.

:hammer:

I feel the same will happen with Angels and Demons(the sequel to Davinci Code). Although the first one wasn't all that. It just seems unnecessary to make a sequel to these types of movies.

If Dark Knight is on this list, I guess that'll be my first in a while as I Netfilx'd it and will be watching it within the hour.

I've never watched the Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter stuff; saw Star Wars when it was new, but haven't watched the Lucas nonsense that followed.

Regretfully, I did see Titanic in the theater with my wife, but since then, I can pretty much say if it's a blockbuster, I haven't seen it.

I'd just as soon, pop in a Kubrick DVD and watch that for entertainment. :)

Great thread. For reference, here's the list of the 100 highest grossing films of all time (adjusted for inflation).

I was born in 1972, so I don't really fault myself for missing a lot of the movies from the first half of the 70s or earlier... although I've seen many of them.

Titanic. (Already knew the boat was going to sink :D)

Almost all blockbusters within the last few years, with exceptions for the last Star Wars movie, the last 2 James Bond movies, and the last Indiana Jones movie.

Have not been to a movie in years.
And have not bothered to watch a lot of these so called blockbusters when they come on TV either, let alone video.
The first Star wars triology; and most of the older movies from the 80's and earlier (Except E.T.>always thought it was dumb and never had any interest)
are the ones I have seen. Jurassic Park was probably the last blockbuster I went to the Theatre to see. Pretty much nothing after that.

I might be #2 then. I have seen all of them listed in this thread also and like couple of posters have already said. I wish I hadn't seen the last Indiana Jones movie.

I don't like science fiction or any space movies, so I haven't seen any of the Star Wars or Star Trek movies. No Harry Potter movies. No Lord of the Rings movies. I also don't like super hero movies, so I've never been to any of those.

Have never watched any of the Godfather movies.

I never saw "Shindler's List", but from what I gather it's at the top of most "experts" lists of "greatest movies of all time".

Citizen Kane is another one I'd like to see someday..................

Never saw any of these:

Star Wars(none of the newer or older movies)

Harry Potter

Indiana Jones

Lord of the rings

Shrek

Last Cartoon movie I saw was the Lion King. I'm 25 years old and I can't see why most people my age actually like watching these new animated movies.

Of the list that was posted of the top 100 movies, I think I've seen less than 15 of them.
