He may be 24 but he looks every bit of a 12 year vet. Has a little Greg Odom going on. Looking 10 years older than he really is.

:) To me, Harvey Martin always looked very old also. Good observation as to look.

Three years and $9 million, will certainly get Oakland's attention. It could be enough to make him a Cowboy with a lot of upside, but with his eyes already open to what he needs to be doing for development. Getting into the Cowboys' training system will help him. I'm liking the prospects as well. Up end and with a similar selection criteria that Dallas has. That has to mesh pretty well...to this fan.

I have confidence in the scouting department on hand for Dallas now.

I don't......You could have drafted 10 kids w/ the same type of ability in this draft...and I'll prove it.

You just don't spend 3 million a year on a guy hoping he's part of the solution.

Dallas must like him a lot. I don't know enough to watch film but there are more proven guys available that would've taken that contract.

This is about the Raiders not matching the contract....Reggie Mckenzie must be laughing out loud about right now. I'm pretty sure he's gonna be ours. No way the Raiders match that. You can draft a replacement for much less.

There is a large comparison factor not equal. Mayowa has film and a ton more experience upon the carpet at the professional level of play. A prediction on his potential, has a ton of preference advantages for the Scouting Department for Dallas. As to fills along the defensive line, without a ton of invested cap space, the Cowboys have done pretty well...as long as there aren't suspensions and long stretch injuries as well.

Cheerleaders get old too.

Same old cheer. Gooooooo team!

I'd disagree with that, but, whatever. Different folks get irritated by different things. I think for he most part, people don't want repetitive emotional posting. They want to talk Cowboys or talk football, and the crap gets in the way.

Which means fans should be able to say they aren't happy or are happy with a signing, trade, or draft pick without being told they are wrong and ushered into another room.

I guess we'll see.

He was buried behind Mario Edwards and Khalil Mack in Oakland so it's hard to judge him. The Raiders still tendered him so they like him a little.

I'm guessing it's a combination of his work ethic and potential that got him the offer.

We shall see.

This is all about Mcclay and our pro scouts, they had some success so the benefit of the doubt should go to them.Heres hoping we found a decent player like David Irving.
