There is no low profile if you a Star Cowboy,, Zeke could have been spotted in line at McDonalds and there will be a story,, he super sized it,, Oh My.

Since his case still fresh it would be smart to stay away from partying.Not saying he has done anything wrong here but each to his own I guess.I am from the school where I put the respect of the organization I work for and my team mates above my temporary self enjoyment. I would avoid partying till my name has been cleared.

He didn't do anything wrong, but this is the sort of thing that starts happening when you end up on TMZ and get them clicks/views/redistribution.

Now, he's going to be a regular on there whether he's following the rules or not. And believe me, they'd love nothing more than to catch him NOT following the rules.

He could live without partying for a month or so.Avoid feeding TMZ what they want. that station should be shutdown if you ask me.

I don't see what the big deal is here, he's taking a boat ride. But for the sake of image right now, I would X the girls and include other friends.

That's what I think too. It's ridiculous that the guy can't get on a boat but staying home is probably the smartest thing to do while the suspension is hanging over his head.

And why is this news. TMZ is something no one should read, sort of like the National Enquirer but worse. Thinking that Elliott should just stay home, shut the doors, close the windows is just plain idiotic.

I for one hate TMZ and I don't watch it just on you tube once in a blue moon. I found them to be making stuff up and very sleazy and obnoxious bunch.
