I highly doubt it based on the past 5 years.
One that has a cheaper starter on hand to replace him. Not saying I know of a team like that, but you deal from a position of strength, get a draft pick and/or player at a position of weakness for it and you're better for it. Teams are often unsure what are there positions of strength until camp. What team is crazy enough to deal a "big piece" Olineman preseason though? I'd love to see it happen, but the time to address that issues was April/May/June. I can see a depth or developmental piece being added, but more than that seems like a stretch.
Johnathan Taylor you are a cowboy
They could have drafted one in the 2nd round and that would have been the right thing to do. Instead they draft a tight end which they didn't really need. So if the oline gets banged up a little, they in trouble. What you think. Are you talking about the starts or backups? The starting OL is fine until Smith gets hurt. Its the depth that is the issue. There really arent "big peices" out there that fix that. If they wanted to make that kind of move, they should have months ago
There’s a few that would take him in a heartbeat over Dak. There’s still a few fuming that we didn’t go after Baker Mayfield. It’s anyone but Dak for some here. LolIs Trey Lance "the big piece"?
We should have been all over this
I have heard that 6 teams made offers.Supposedly been two offers, one was from the Dolphins. I think the other is unknown at this time...
We should have been all over this
I think everyone but indy takes that dealTony Pollard & Michael Gallup for OG Quentin Nelson and RB Jonathan Taylor. I'll take that deal.
That be a Cowboy move right there...I hear La'el Collins is available
Devin White?Odd place for a "big peice". The starting OL is essentially set. Unless you are going to look at a guy like Ceasar Ruiz to be back up OG and OC
You could upgrade any position in the OL except Martin, but is that trade out there right now?
That’s gross.Jaylon Smith in a sign and trade with a new 8 year deal.
If Dallas got Chris Jones, they would dominate even moreGive me Chris Jones please. Yea I know it won’t happen but THAT would be reminiscent of the Haley signing.
That’s just not going to happenIf Dallas got Chris Jones, they would dominate even more
