LOL.

Didn’t we make changes last year?

How many times are we going to change assistants and the roster before we realize the problem goes beyond that?

Holy crap, we might be the dumbest franchise in the NFL right now.

As many as it takes so the 'GM' can tell everyone how smart he was in hiring his 'HC'...... and they actually win something.

So I've read all these posts, some I agree with, particularly about some coaching changes and improving our DT's. Last night's game doesn't take a genius to figure out....they blew the middle of our D-line out from the first snap until the last. NO scheme is going to fix that. There two guards and center just bulldozed their arses into the LB's on just about every running play. It would have been better our d-line had just stood up the whole game and just moved around, then submarined the o-line so the LBs could at least seen where the ball was. The motion pre-snap was just to show if we were in man or not. On that 4th down play with Goff running for it, Heath was looking in the backfield still while Goff was running into the flat............ON THE SAME FREAKING SIDE OF THE FIELD HE WAS ON. That guy CANNOT be the starting safety next year under any circumstance. ST only.

We ALL know that's going to happen. Although Linehan was running the clapper's O scheme he'll take the blame....and get fired. Rod is going to retire....that's obvious......
BUT in the end it won't matter it'll be another 4 to 5 years before a change is finally made......get used to that.

So you’re saying Richard took responsibility but I can’t hold him accountable?

Richard was great this year.

He got schooled last night.

Marinelli is getting blamed. That’s what I have a problem with. Marinelli was in clap mode.

Well, technically you can't hold him accountable because you're fan not in the front office/ coaching staff.... also, Richard is the leading game coordinator and calls the plays south technically not the defensive coordinator. Does shoulder blame die last night i think he does... and he has started as much I also think McVay did a helluva job game planning against our defense (as he has done over the past 2 years). I give a ton of credit to the other team. Sometimes you just aren't the better team and it shows in the field.

See that’s where I have a problem.

Even if they were the better team they had no business running on our defense and front 7 like they did because Richard and our defensive front 7 has been elite all year.

There is no excuse for giving up 300 yards rushing or whatever the final number was.

Their offensive wrinkles and pre-snap motion is what caused it and the Cowboys looked completely unprepared and that is why I’m putting the blame on Richard.

They really need to find an OC who plays to his teams strengths and mixes things up. Lineman has to go. Richard should be the DC.

If the team stands pat. Fans are mad. If the team makes changes. The fans are still mad.

Me thinks you just want to be mad.

The entire problems with the team are on Jones. Case in point, instead of saying nothing about JG getting an extension, a rumour was started that JG was getting extended. Why say nothing, get back to Dallas and analyze the staff's performance then fire everyone.
