4-0 in the Division right now and people are already giving the division to team that the Cowboys beat already.

There are still two games that if Dallas loses either, it will not matter how they dominated the division. We could then set another franchise first in a season filled with them, be undefeated in the division and still not win it.

My only original point was that in my limited memory loosing to division rivals is a sure bet to get fired. Winning against them usually keeps the job. I think being udefeated in the division and still not winning it would be not just a franchise record but a record that would shake the sporting world. LOL Makes me wanna go back and see how Seattle got in with a 7-9 record again.

I´m not one of them, I actually think we are winning it, just saying that if we don´t, Garrett´s gone.

Well if it means Nick Saban coming here, then I'd rather keep JG.

Word has it that Saban is mum on his contract extension.....God I hope Jerry hasn't been in his ear.

Sure but the Galloway trade was done for the same purpose. To fill a hole that hadn't been filled in the draft. Tying Roy to JG is just a long stretch when all teams try to fill holes in the roster the same way. However it's a perfect example of how far people will go to get marks against Garrett. I think you mighta made my point for me with that one.

Uh no... The Galloway trade was done to give Troy Aikman a number one receiver that he didn't have. The Roy Williams trade was done to make excuses for Jason Garrett, when that offense was performing light's out with the same cast as when they were 13-3 and they already had a 1 and 2 receiver. It was essentially an excuse for Garrett.

Dallas two years in a row was in conrol of it's own destiny with Garrett and blew it both times.

Chip Kelly is in his first year as HC and has alread turned around that roster offensievly and his offense is scoring in bunches and is starting Nick Foles and wasn't gift-wrapped Tony Romo as his QB. There OL is utterly horrendous. Even he's adjusted his offenses accordingly.

I wouldn't care if they fired him as long as it was an upgrade and not a retread. The coach thats already won a SB doesn't have nothing to prove. I would hate to see him fired and go to Washington or any where and come back and whoop the Cowboys. We already took the lumps that comes with a green coach might as well try to get something outta that with another year or 2.

It's not Garretts fault Washington and NY sucked this year LOL and they did a pretty good job against Philli the first game. They shut down the 4th ranked rushing offense with the Raiders last week and shut them down this week by knocking Jennings out of 2 games. You can make a long list of negatives and positives it's up to you which one you do.

Huh... The couln't shut down the 27th ranked passing attack of the Raiders. The Raiders didn't need to run, cause they were moving the ball at will in the air. These guys jut got beat by the Jets, wo scored 37 points on this team. We are talking about the woeful Jets with Geno Smith, who is havng one of the wors stretches of football ever for a QB , starting.

Oh sure they won 5 in a row lets all pile on that bandwagon cause I dun n forgot how they were 3-5 in the first half of the season. Last year it was Washington that was the apple of everyones eye and how great a change they made.

I think the historically bad defense this team has is 90% talent and 10% coaching. I also think the Eagles are more talented than the Cowboys, by a pretty reasonable margin. If the Cowboys somehow make the playoffs Garrett 100% should keep his job.

Your just seeing what you wanna see now. The Raiders rushed for over a 100 yds in every game but 2 before the Cowboy game and one of them was 93 yards. They get held to 50 yards and the RB got knocked out and they lost the game. But you cling to that idea that the Cowboys couldn't shut down their passing game even though they only scored 3 points in the second half.

They gotta do more than a 5 game winning streak before I tip my hat to em. But you might be right, I just like to see em do it after everyone spends all off season telling them how good they are.

I think the Iggles are more talented in the trenches which make them a better team. If Dallas beats them for the NFC East title, Redball will keep his job.

Another 8-8 season and Garrett is gone. I don't see how you could push positivity onto fans after three 8-8 seasons. All Jerry's cards have been used. Kiffen is gone regardless. I wouldn't let him coach the defense of a flag football team. The special teams coach has been excellent, keep him.

Of course it would have to be an upgrade, I don´t want another puppet coach. By the way, if Garrett gets fired there’s no way he gets another HC position, at least not for next year, IMO he could get a job as an OC again, prove himself again and maybe in a few years get another opportunity as a HC.

Jason Garrett has never had a 5 game winning streak. Kelley takes over a dumpster fire and does it immediately.

His QB got knocked out and now he has one that don't know enough to get confused yet. Big whoop. Garretts first year as a head coach they gutted the O-line with no one on deck to replace them.

Oakland, Green Bay (no Rogers) and Washington are 3 of those wins. The other 2 are Arizona in Phil and Detroit (dome team in the snowblizzard game) so let's not pretend they beat a bunch of playoff teams.
