Buddy Ryan has died

RIP Buddy you made it easy to build a rivalry in the late eighties and early nineties. My condolences to the Ryan clan.

R.I.P. Buddy. I hated you at one time but you did build a great rivalry. There was nothing I looked more forward to than the Cowboys playing you and The Philadelphia Eagles at that time. In fact I think that's still the case today. R.I.P. Coach. :(

RIP. The most memorable thing I can think about him is cutting Cris Carter because he just catches touchdowns

Ryan was truly one of a kind. Not just in Football but in the way he was as a person as well. Some might say that they were one in the same, that he was all Football, and that would be hard to argue against. He took three different Defenses to the Super Bowl with his 46 and was one of the really great Defensive Coordinators in the History of the NFL.

I can't say I loved the guy because he was just that kind of person. Hard as nails but, you always new that he was there to kick the crap out of you so you had better be ready to play if you wanted to win.

Condolences to his Family. They don't make them like him anymore.

RIP James David "Buddy" Ryan

(February 17, 1934 – June 28, 2016)

You know that wasn't really the reason, right? He might have saved Carter's life by cutting him and making him re-examine what he was doing in his life.

I know that. I was pretty sure everyone else did too and It was cool that Cris Carter became a HOF after that happened to him

I hated that ******* with a bloody passion.
But he was a great coach and the league benefited because he was part of it.

Condolences to the friends and family of Buddy Ryan may he rest in piece and be in a better place.
