Can the last remaining Dez fans at least accept who he really is?

The opposite. I am completely objective.
When you can’t argue against another’s opinions and they differ from yours you try to say they can’t be objective..

Because clearly the biggest Cowboyszone Dez troll this place has ever seen is Objective..

You have 13k post and 12k of them are about Dez....he is gone and you still continue to make a joke of yourself starting new threads about him...creepy.

Yikes. This is unhealthy

So no answer?
I thought you wanted a discussion?
What's the question?

If you want to debate something other than the premise of my thread, start another thread and invite me over to weigh in on it, and I will be happy to do so. But let's stick to the topic at hand in this thread. MmmmmKay?

Dez is so much fun to discuss and analyze. That's why you are here isn't it? You love talking about Dez. Lol

It's ironic as hell that he is in this thread, KNOWING before he comes in here what is being discussed.
You do realize he was laughing at you and he highlighted the part of my thread where I point out your embarrassing posting history right?

What's not ok is you vicious crows trying to silence any criticism of Dez.

Many of the replies to this thread are not trying to silence it, they are stating they are tired of hearing it. And yet you post it over and over and over. There are only so many different ways you can say the same thing... and you have passed that threshold about 2,000 or so Dez threads ago.

Do you understand that there is a difference?

Dez was a good receiver, sorry to burst your rant. Romo was able to get solid production from him. Now he's just old, overpriced, temperamental and requires a QB that isn't still on training-wheels. :D

I assume you guys like discussing it! Otherwise why would you be in this thread? To silence the criticism perhaps?

I would seriously like to know if the die hard Dez fans can accept that Dez isn't emotionally stable and is probably a bit of a problem for a team to deal with?

Having seen his recent twitter meltdown is it that far fetched to see that he was problematic for the Cowboys?

This isn't about his skill set or whether he was top 5 or anything else. That's a whole different debate that we aren't going to address in this thread. All of that can be debated at another time.

I would just like to know if you guys can objectively see what the Cowboys were having to deal with regarding Dez. The Amazon Prime series is also consistent with this twitter meltdown.

Is there anyone on this board that still thinks Dez isn't seriously problematic from an emotional stability point of view?

The front office and Dez parted ways months ago. I hope all of the Dallas Cowboy organization says that and just doesn't get drawn into the drama and shuts the door. It's been over for a long time. I just want to focus on football, not all the constant negative press that constantly dominates everything. I want to see how all the players and coaches come together to make it about winning football games..and nothing else. Shout out to Sean Lee. What a stand up guy!

The media omitted a few things that set Dez off. Was a Dez die hard fan and wanted him to succeed here, but that didn't happen. It's all in the rear-window now. I am interested in this year's offense.

Dez was a one trick pony that got paid because he had an exceptional QB. Dez got paid because of Romo in the same way that Romo got Robinson paid.

Dez was never a good receiver. He was very good at the jump ball. But you can't say a guy was a good receiver if he can't run a route.

And you can't possibly know anything about football if you think a player can avg 1300 yds and 10+ TDs in the NFL without being able to run a route.

Seriously. Seek. Help. Soon.

It is always the same with the same kind of people.

People who have too much self confidence and lack intellectual developement always claim they are objective.

People who are interessted in things and how they work learned that being objective is a near impossible thing. Especially when it comes to opinion. Those people are very careful before calling themself objective.

It takes charakter and knowledge to stand others opinions. Its easy to say i am right because i am objective. I dont think there would have been any meaningful scientific evolution would we all have been people like the latter. Thank God for the brain!

Why? He is no longer a Cowboy but some seem hell bent on keeping his ghost alive. We should do better than Lee and Yosemite and ignore his tweets.

He thought he would be a hot commodity, especially to the East teams for a little payback, and screwed the pooch by not taking that Ravens offer. He will land a job but it will be because of an injury like in CLE because if a player is going to be annoying, he better be really talented like Owens.

There was no need of a response from any member of the team and the subject should have been a "we don't comment on former players" response when questioned. The Cowboys have willfully joined his circus.

I have always been a fan of his, but I never had any illusions about mental stability with him. TO be honest I have always seen a lot of the #1 WR's as emotionally unstable. Doesn't mean I don't still enjoy seeing them play the game. He is a man child, I thought everyone always knew that. None of the happenings this week really caught me by surprise. I doubt he is done venting either.

You know the 8-8 comment doesn’t really mean we have to go exactly 8-8 each year right?
Look at how many wins ams losses we have averaged since JG has been the coach.
You will then understand the 8-8 comment....or maybe..

You don’t have to care that we are a joke to the rest of the league...that we are no longer a relevant threat to win anything significant. You don’t have to care if the other fan bases see us this way.
I think it’s unfortunate mostly because we have proven them right.

You described it as “perennial”. What you are talking about now is an approximate average over Garrett’s career (actually 9-7 would be the average). Perennial and average are not the same thing.

And saying I don’t care I Joe Lebowski in Peoria, Ill laughs at the Cowboys or not is not the same thing as saying I don’t care if the Cowboys are a relevant threat to win anything significant.

And saying that I think your mental image of NFL fans everywhere laughing at the Cowboys, as if they are the Browns, is exaggerated also isn’t the same as saying I don’t care if the team wins. It seems you feel the need to exaggerate to prop up your points.
