I think they've been close for awhile. That's the problem. They think they're close enough to resolve their issues if given just a lil more time.

I don't think they're close enough to delay FA. Just get on with it. Take the pressure off and get a deal done. w/o moving some bogus deadline yet again.

They keep pushing it back and I guarantee the draft will be affected.
