Question about the heel-toe rule: Why is it that on some receptions, we see receivers dragging their toe and get credit for the catch but if someone intercepts the ball, they have to get the heel down too?

The gap between Newman/Jenkins and Scandrick/Ball is pretty significant

Right now i'll say right now that most of our defensive issues are due to vanilla schemes and obvious omissions in the secondary.

However i'm definitely not on the " Rob Ryan will make this a top 10 D!" bandwagon.
