Adult Language CDs message to Dak

Troy made a living and won SB's doing just that.
Well, yeah.
He had big receivers who made it easier for him.
I wonder how often did he not see what he liked on the timing rout and bailed and went another receiver?

Yes, but their lack of height makes it easier to break up a pass that's thrown at them if the DB is able to keep up with them. A taller deep speed threat would make it harder.
Speed. Sometimes a deep threat is more due to height, sometimes it's speed. However, a shorter WR for a deep threat must be really really fast.

Plus, it's very hard to find very tall guys w/ superior speed and hands that can track.

Dak threw it where he thought Lamb was gonna be. Lamb did bail on the route and in these timing offenses where QBs throw to where WRs will be, not where they are, if the 2 players are not in synch, this is what happens. I m no Dak apologist, and I was cursing him when that happened. Then after seeing the replay.... nah, Im thinking that was on Lamb.

Dak had a tough game, but he made some FANTASTIC plays and we got the w. Thats all that matters in the ed.
I'd like to know the play call. This looked identical to the Rodgers to Davante play (ran 2x in a row)that beat us a few years ago. I think it was meant to be backshoulder.

Aren't there just as many defensive backs who are just as fast, if not faster, than any receiver?
Receivers who can run good crisp routs can be deadly going deep i.e. Jerry Rice and Michael Irving....

Then there are players like Randy Moss.....rare.

Translated : I did not watch the game, but I put on my Dak Knee pads just in case !!!

Go watch the game and pick the pillow up off the floor
what!?

I did clearly say...I heard and read..... but nah, your Dak hatred took over your brain and you just couldn't help yourself. hate must be spilled and fingers must be pointed daamn it!

Broadus said he think Dak thought it was a free play. Ike watching the replay now and that play coming up soon so I’ll check to see if Dak thought he got one.

I just hope CeeDee can manage his emotions, and get used to the fact he is likely to be double-teamed every game, with a lot of other guys getting targets as a result. Goes with the territory.

He will be double team and any smart DC would do that and make someone else beat you and if they do you live with it.

All QB’s miss open receivers in every game. My lord the ignorance.
Agree to disagree, It’s all about going through progression , Brooks was in the same area and Instead of predetermined throw Dak had read the routes , he wouldn’t have gone to CD and hit more direct guy in front, see other Forum members agreeing with me( Candian Cowboys fan for ex. )

On both picks the receiver was basically not looking for the ball, so there is some communication issue.

that's a bit optimistic. he's saying "some balls, four, some balls dead ***.

jump makes no sense in context. at all. he was talkin trash.

Did you watch the game he specifically said it was a miscommunication on either Dak or CD.

Yes I watched the entire game his comment he couldn’t believe ball was thrown . It was right to the DB surely you’re not defending this ?

I’m not going to go on debate this interception . It was a low point for the QB during the night with the other 2 turnovers and intentionally grounding .

Sure, but those guys are mostly covering your #1. The deep threat is generally your #2.

Since I can't view the vids, no idea what you're trying to say. You're using only one example in saying a deep threat has to be tall? Man, there are many many examples of deep threats who were not, and I named 3 top ones currently in the NFL. Of course you'd rather all WR's be 6-4 and run a 4.3, but that's not reality. There are only so many really tall really fast guys to go around. Prolly not more than 3-5 currently in the NFL. You can count 'em if you like to refute that part of it, but the fact remains that many top deep threats are not tall.

I don't think he'd be too upset about that, as long as they were completions, and not interceptions or missed opportunities.

Maybe, maybe not but I'm just curious why Dak didn't at least acknowledge CeeDee with a head nod or something instead of ignoring what he said. That seem normal to you?
Dak looked to be hanging his head, feeling sorry for himself. I don't think he would have responded to anyone at that time, unless someone said the interception was no good.
